To round off our wonderful stay in Israel we wanted to go to a nice restaurant. Though a bit hard to find, (had to use GPS) it was worth the extra trouble. We were greeted by friendly staff and were given our menus very promptly. It was also wonderful that they spoke english and were able to understand us. The... More

We read the reviews saying this place is a little hard to find and they were right. It's not actually on the road at all but reached via a path through a park. We sat at one of the tables overlooking the walls of the Old City and the view alone was worth the price of the meal. The food... More

The location could not be more spectacular and pleasant and the food is good too. I think the secret is that the owner has never delegated the cooking and running this little gem facing the Old Walls and David's Citadel in the beautiful Yemin Moshe quarter, just behind the grand King David Hotel. I cannot recommend anything in particular as... More

Haven't visited Te'enim in years. The comeback proved that it retained its uniqueness, vitality and quality in full. The menu is full of original vegetarian/vegan choices, refreshing salads, drinks and desserts. Services was pleasant and professional. Try to ask for a seat on the windows for the outstanding view. Happy to see an establishment pushing through for so long.

Our friend recommended this place to us and fortunately it was located around the corner from our apartment. The restaurant is off the beaten path but there are good signs from the street. It is located in a cultural center. We greeted warmly and given a table quickly. The restaurant has a nice view of the old city wall. Once... More

Went here twice on my visit while staying at Mishkenot, where it is just a short walk away. Very creative recipes, with daily specials and regularly changing menu. Bright and friendly interior, with friendly service and calm atmosphere. Try to get a table by the windows, it is a nice view.

We had a lovely evening here and sampled some delicious food! Everything was fresh and tasty and the view of the Festival Of Lights in the Old City was breathtaking! The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly.

The service was an easy going, calming service, that matched the wonderful view of the old city. the food was great. we found very interesting dishes, which isn't obvious in a vegetarian restaurant. you could tell that all the products were fresh, and all the dishes made with love.

We've been to the Te'enim already in the past. And again we were delighted by the food, friendly staff and gorgeous view. The dishes are fresh and according to the season. Really a wonderful place, we highly recommend it.

Taking some dear friends from out of the country, to see Jerusalem in only a few hours, my daughter recommended this place and made the reservation for us. The Waze took us to a nearby location, but by a few hundred meters off the real place. So we called, and Vered, the owner, took us in real-time on the phone,... More
