I wanted a Turkish coffee here because it seemed as if the building had been there forever, and from old photos it may be one of the the two oldest buildings in the area. We ended up having some cakes as well as coffee. All were ok, but the cakes are prepacked branded ones they buy in, not fresh home... More

A beautiful setting for a nice cafe. It used to be a hospital during WW2, and has now prime position overlooking a small park and the ancient viaducts. It's a good spot to rest your legs while imagining the ancient life of this city. Service was variable- it appeared that locals were treated with a lot more friendliness than we... More

Stayed in the Selcuk area for two weeks I visited this cafe several times during various times of the day. It is always a nice atmosphere whether you want a fresh lemonade to cool down on a sunny afternoon or gather at 9pm for some tea with friends. It is really popular among locals and families, friends and couples visit... More

Highly recommended for families with young children! Beautiful cafe with tables on a big open grassy lawn. We stopped by for a cup of tea on a sunny Sunday afternoon and the place was swarming with friendly and relaxed families. There is plenty of shade and plenty of open space. There is a low wall surrounding the cafe, keeping the... More

We had Efes beers next to the aqueduct. Very nice location and very low key, so we could just hang out and look at the aqueduct and storks.

We went there at dinner time for something light and ended up having some drinks and food. Nobody offered us a table even if the bar was practically empty. Few options in the menu, plus some of them were not available. Both salty and sweet meals we had were average quality. I believe it is worth just as an alternative... More

We visited the cafe without planning, since our tour group took us to Selcuk for a couple of hours to kill. The place is just beautiful!!!You are drinking your coffee on wicker furniture on the grass and the trees provide such shade that you actually want to sleep!!!!! No hustle and bustle from the street, even though the street is... More

This is a wonderful dessert/coffee/tea shop very near the train station. On a nice day, you can sit outside and enjoy the delicious and affordable treats. Coffee is limited to Turkish and Nescafe (no espresso or press), which is typical of the town.

Loved this cafe, especially the huge outdoor seating area. This is a great place to recharge over a few beers after a long day of sightseeing.
