Lovely Northeastern Thai (Isaan) style food. Delicious Som Tam, great soups, nice fried chicken. Excellent service. Good view over the Mekong river.

Big C Rama 4 I have eat at other branches of this brand, should have recalled was at best average, but today was the worst experience, staff were basically rude, food was of very poor quality. Expensive and small portions. Terrible, terrible, terrible
We ordered chicken soup, crab salad and crab rice. All tasted good and service good too! Highly recommended this place to those who are visiting Bangkok!
Every time I visit Vientiane I end up always in this restaurant.... their duck tongue is to die for ... authentic Lao food
there is nothing nicer and relaxter then sitting outside on the maekhong river and have a nicly cooked meal and a good glas of wine or a cold beer. and all this served by attentive young waiters who try to do their best... the fish...is excellent but also the variety of soups and vegetable. and at least one dish on you table should be an authentic lao dish. the prices are moderate and i go definitely back to the tummour.More
This place had a very good choice of Asian food at reasonable prices. We had a very satisfying meal for two plus 3 large Beerlao for around £20. There is an indoor restaurant with outside seating plus a further outside seating area on then other...side of the road on the bank of the MekongMore
This is bit expensive compared to the other ones. We had dinner in the Mekong river side night food market. The food is of average taste. The price on the higher side.
We had an early dinner at this restaurant very basic food and service which is very disappointing. The night before we ate at Chokdee cafe and Belgium beer bar for an extra AUD$6.00 we ate large steak, at least 400grams, and some of best beer...in the world, Hoegaarden. Wouldn't waste my money or time going to Tummour restaurant there are too many choices offering a much better dining experienceMore
I have been to Tommour twice now, one in 2016 and just two days ago. It did not disappoint. The extensive menu will please all your palates. It’s written in English and in Lao accompanied with pictures of dishes. Price is very reasonable. Our party...of three had five dishes, a couple of beers and it cost less than 300,000 LAK which is around $35!! Great food and cheap for this American. The ambiance with dining al fresco, beautiful sunset over the Mekong and live band performing after 7pm was a perfect dining experience we were looking for. I highly recommend Tommour.More
A lot of restaurants at Riverside in Vientiane, I try local food and soup there with very good atmosphere...
I have been for lunch, it seems waiters are not really to welcome guest. The menu doesn't have a price which couldn't imagine how much you have to pay after order. recommence to upgrade which included price.
Very delicious foods, cool live music, the singers are professional. Location is perfect- facing to Mekong river and Thailand. Staff are helpful. In front of the restaurant is a busy road with many choices of open restaurant. It is really chill out.
Great location at the riverfront offering amazing sunset views. They have a nice selection of local Lao cuisine. The Lao beer was nicely chilled and the food is authentic. This restaurant is popular with the local crowd and it gets pretty packed at dinner. Service...is good and pricing reasonable.More
We ate here one evening and sat outside by the river. The food was really nice, we shared some duck salad, Vietnamese sausage, pork cracking, soft shell crab, BBQ chicken with fried sticky rice but the best was the deep fried papaya salad! All the...food was really tasty and well presented. To drink we had a Laos beer tower and finished off with a couple of cocktails. All together the bill came to 337,000 kip (£29) which for the amount we had we thought was reasonably priced. The staff were really nice but English is limited (but their English was far better than my Laos!) if they can't understand you they go and get a member of staff who can. I'd recommend here, the place is really clean with the best kept washrooms I saw all trip!More
Was here in Feb 2017 my Thai partner who lives in Khokaen, she too was very impressed with the quality of the food. World class restaurant.
