I have been to Satti for a lunch with some business partners. The place struck me as a kind of tribute to the old Soviet style restaurants. Huge hall with plenty of space between the tables, something like a dance floor in the middle. The views from the windows are quite good actually as they open up on the state... More

Loved the soup and lamb dish I had! Tried horse, not my thing but well prepared for sure! Would definitely recommend it for a taste of traditional Kazakh food 🇰🇿

Great food, interesting local wines. It wasn't that busy, but we were sat next to a big family table. Requested to switch tables, which they did, but the kids from that table kept running and screaming around, no one batted an eye. So not a very good place for a quiet dinner, at least that evening. Will try it again.

Satti is located right below the bridge on Qabanbay Batyr. It serves very good local cuisine - the manty and kurdak were delicious. The staff were attentive, the atmosphere calm. It's a bit pricey compared to others.

The place offers great deal of Kazakh cuisine in affordable price. Local dishes like horse meat, plov and the starters washed by local cognac are highly recommended

Have been there twice already. Nice place. Good food and well trained personnel. Food came quite fast. In the evening they offer nice blankets for those who sit outside.

Typical kazakh food, very taste and well presented. With the good weather it's a great pleasure to have a lunch or a diner on the terrace.. in front of a beautiful view (Bayterek).

Just both of us were sitting in the restaurant. Most of the time, I like when it is quite.. But sometimes I think there must be a reason why at 7pm there is only two people who choose this restaurant. But anyways the waiter was attentive and the food was great!

There are few places in Astana in which you may have a really good national Kazakh cuisine. It was an unpleasant surprise for me. Yet at the same time the discovery of this place was very nice. If you are in Astana I would recommend to visit this place for your dinner. Exterior and interior are not really remarkable comparing... More

If you would like to taste the real Kazakh kitchen there it is your place. They specialties are horse meat and local white and red wine. Both are a bit sweaty, also they’ve got a good choice of alcohols in the bar.
