We were walking from our hotel (White Mansion) and saw Steve's Place and was attracted to their menu. Great steaks/hamburgers plus good Greek food. It also has a cigar bar with excellent Scotches available. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, the staff...great evening. Highly recommend It's a local place....owned by an American who has lived in Cambodia for 30 years....has built... More

Steve's Steakhouse has been in Phnom Penh for many years and over the years, the food quality has deteriorated BUT it seemed that the owner has a great determination to put the deterioration to a stop. I did not eat the steak due to the poor review and instead, I tried out their local Khmer delicacy. The amok fish was... More

Saw this restaurant across the street from our hotel. I love Greek food and hadn't tried any in PP so decided to give it a try. My friend and I both ordered the souvlaki for lunch. I ordered lamb and my friend ordered pork. He'd never tried Greek food. Unfortunately the lamb was of poor quality, fatty and tough with... More

As a traveler, I am always on the look for new food, culture ,catching fun and making new friends. I found my self in Phnom Penh and decided to visit Steve’s Steak House. My coming to this place was a disaster because the beef served was too salty, half cooked and really burnt. I felt really uncomfortable putting that in... More

Our first night out in Phnom Penh was at Steve Steak's house in the previous location. The food has been improving since and now highly recommend the place. There are some Asian dishes and their amok is very good. I did not try one of the six Greek dishes which they also offer.

Steve has been around for ages and consistently provides great home-cooking meals at a reasonable price.

This restaurant is inside an old house. Open area was small, six tables and a bar, but there was an additional room which could be opened. I had a good steak -- prepared as I requested, with a nice baked potato presentation and vegetables. A separate room was a cigar lounge. Small but reasonable collection of Cuban and other cigars.

We just got back from Steve's. The idea was to eat Greek food since my wife and I like it so much. We ordered the mezze and dolmadakia and were very disappointed. The hummus seemed to have been refrigerated for too long. One of the dollops of sauce even was beyond its 'best before date'. That we had to pay... More
