It was not the open wine that reviewers or websites recommended when we first visited. Unfortunately when we were there, the restaurant was almost full because there was a big group of min 10 persons in the main dining area who created so much din. And the rest of the guests had to sit in a smaller room near the... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our restaurant is usually quite tranquil and subtle, so I assume your husband and yourself came on an uncommon day. Hence, we have placed you in our first dining room, to ensure you were safe away from the large group. Apparently it was not distant enough and we... More

Delicious casual french food- nestled back from the street this unassuming but very cute restaurant served up a delicious lunch. They provide a small scallop on a Parmesan cheese crisp to start, and it was delicious! This was also the only place to know what a Kir Royale is and it wasn't even expensive! The food was classic french, foie... More

Dinner with friends at Open Wine was much more. The service was amazing and the food was awesome. Owner -and Chef? came by to check on us at various times in the meal to ensure our satisfaction. You can tell that the goal of Open Wine is to have happy customers!

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who had lunched there. I went for dinner with 5 friends and we all agreed it was one of the best dinning experiences we had had in Cambodia. Food, service, and wine list was great, not cheap by Cambodian standards, we enjoyed a couple of bottles of very good wine and our bill... More

We ate here last night and my friend ordered a medium steak for dinner, steak came out rare (bleeding on the plate) so we requested it go back on the grill until medium... Came back obviously deep fried, which our waitress confirmed! What an arrogant and unprofessional chef to put a beautiful piece of expensive steak into a deep fryer.... More

This restaurant lives up to its reputation with international travelers. The food is prepared and presented beautifully. I thought I was in a Paris bistro. The clean dining room with lovely photos was relaxing and comfortable.

When I count the number of great French restaurants in this city, I don't even have to take off my mittens. Now I'm not sure why I'd be wearing mittens in Phnom Penh, but that's beside the point. There's Atmosphere and Vans on the opposite ends of the alphabet and a few others in between. There is Topaz, of course,... More

We'd traipsed around the area in the heat looking for a decent coffee shop, but failed. We dropped into Open Wine to ask where we might find one and they kindly offered us coffees right there. They were all set up for lunch, but cleared a table for us and made us a selection of excellent coffees. We loved the... More

I wanted to treat my brother who's been living here on limited funds as a volunteer for a while. We were both more than pleased with the food, the wine and the service. A treat it was but it cost me!
