Not sure why this place is receiving such good reviews. Last night our experience was not that good at all, considering the hype and the prices. The staff didn't show us to a table, just gestured for us to take a seat. Menus were delivered , but no water and no mention of the specials. We had to wave down... More

Came for business meeting. Fair value lunch meal. Starter + Main + Dessert = USD16. Winner dish - Seabass Fillet. Located at Street 19.

Really still one of the best steak houses in Phnom Penh. Irregardless of what others have reviewed I have been here twice in 1 month. Have not failed to deliver one of the most flavourful steaks. It's local beef mind you but puts the grain n grass fed cousins to shame.. nice crust wig good flavour and tender on the... More

I've been coming to OW on most of my visits to PP, mostly for lunch because their set lunch is a great value. And I have near been disappointed. Sometimes it gets a bit busy but the staff are very friendly and any small mishap is easily forgiven. Tonight I had a tartare and it was simply perfect. The fries... More

It's been over a year since I last reviewed Open Wine's business lunch offer. Although still good value, it has got a little bit more expensive, and there are fewer options. As there wasn't a starter I really fancied, we both just got a $9 main and coffee to follow. It was busier than I've ever seen it on this... More

Friendly server that went the extra mile in asking the chef what can be done to accommodate vegetarians, to nice outdoor space option. Chef came to our table to speak with us. When accidently bacon was on our plate server noticed us put it to the side, informed the chef and he came out to apologize. Morels and poached egg... More

Good dishes, good staff, quality services. I like their local beef with their pepper sauce! The tartar beef is tasty as well!

Visited the place after recommendation of the manager of my hotel. I took the proposed weekly dishes : the starter ( riz de veau) and the meat (bavette) were excellent and cooked at perfection. The wine served by glass is also very tasty. The service is full of attention and very professional. The manager takes good care of all his... More

The only redeeming feature was the staff and the wine. The food was over priced for supper gristly stake and reheated muscles. Supper diserpointed. The decor is looking aged. I will not be returning.

Ate here on a Thursday evening in October whilst staying at the Pavilion – read the TA reviews and looked at the website – decided to give it a go – when we arrived a buffet for a large group was coming to an end – sat outside – menus arrived – drinks ordered taken – decent Chardonnay by glass...
