This place has an amazing third floor terrace and famous views which can become a little blurry if you take advantage of the happy hour from 5pm...two martinis for $5....buy one get one free, Why not have 4? It is a serious place to watch the sunset. it is not a club, they let anyone in. Buzzy with a and... More

Top floor restaurant was empty when we arrived. Probably because it's expensive and serves western food and drinks. Good place to get away from heat and crowds and sit in a quiet spot with views of the river. Food and drinks were nice. Bar staff didn't quite get drink order right, but in Cambodia expect the unexpected!

Great place to chill and get away from heat and bustle Didn't eat here other than French fries which were good. Went for cocktails and had a great view over the mekong watching the water festival A relaxing taste of colonial past

Great place to stop for a quick cocktail and lunch while wandering around Phnom Penh. We had the Thousand Breezes, which was delicious and refreshing. And we had a Roast Beef Roll. Just be mindful the prices are more expensive than on the street, but the view and ambience are worth it.

Although more expensive than most places along the river, you get better food, better ambiance and more interesting clientele there, so, go!

Went to roof top bar. Took ages to get a drink the staff seemed uninterested. It looked like it was catering for large tables full of coach parties. We decided not bothering to eat here.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. FCC's happy hours are very popular among both local communities and visitors, and hence evenings at our rooftop may get especially busy sometimes. We do encourage you to try lunch time with us. The ambiance is more relaxed and our staffs will be happy to introduce you to some of our Asian... More

Amazing view, really nice freshly made smoothies. The staff was friendly would mainly recommend the place because of the photo exhibition. In comparison to other bars it's a bit overpriced. Almost 4$ for a smoothy is a lot, but I guess you pay for the view.

We're in Phnom Penh for two nights and have eaten at the FCC on both. It's a great place with an excellent vibe. After a day in the mayhem of the city it's great to relax in these lovely surroundings. Food good as well! Many thanks

Recommended to us by our hotel concierge, this turned out to be a good lunch spot on the second floor of a corner building overlooking the river. This place was frequented by journalists etc during the troubles and offers a great vantage point. There are plaques on the walls giving a potted history. We were early for lunch and it... More

Service level has decreased, and on a couple of occasions the drinks were not well made. Love tho the outside stop and view to the river.

We appreciate you taking the time to comment. With the nice weather and the high season taking off our terraces are increasingly busy lately, and perhaps for this reason our staff were not able to meet our standards in terms of service. We are sorry to hear that your drinks were not up to your expectations last time. Please do... More

Description
FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
