Our group ate in a wonderful Cambodian restaurant while vacationing here. The garden setting with flora and a water display was very Zen-like. The service and food were excellent. Well worth the price. I wish they were closer so we could revisit.

My visit to Malis is one of my most memorable restaurant experiences ever. The garden setting is absolutely lovely and the service is impeccable. The soft shell crab appetizer is the best soft shell crab that I have ever eaten, and the Takeo pork chops were simply mouthwatering. I highly recommend Malis, particularly for a special occasion.

On a recent brief stay in Phnom Penh in January, 2017 we had the enormous pleasure of dining at Malis. First of all it is a gorgeous establishment with a beautiful garden setting along with indoor dining. The evening we were here the garden was fully booked so we ate inside where it was actually much quieter. Our meal was... More

Dinner tonight at Malis, much read about before arrival, didn't disappoint. We had 2 starters ( recommend Takeo pork sausages) 2 mains including the raved about fish amok, rice veggies and 2 desserts plus 2 glasses of delicious French wine each, -total bill $88!! Delightful venue, $4 tuk tuk ride - a lovely night out. Go there.

Loved the food and the service... I wrote to them to ask about my dietary requirements and was surprised to hear back within a few minutes. Highly recommend the place!

Pleasant garden setting and consistently excellent khmer food. Try the popular Fish amok. The best restaurant in for Thai food. The setting is delightfully traditional with eating "platforms" and the extensive menu offers all the favorites with a modern twist. Hotspot for cocktails and Khmer meals. Simply excellent. Highly recommended.

Nice service but a bit snooty. I would never come back here. This part of Phnom Penh has a plethora of excellent restaurants. The setting is nice, though.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here, but after eating for a week in Cambodia at various great restaurants we are not sure it is worth the high prices. I will say that the service was outstanding, as was the ambiance in the garden. We felt that there were a few missteps with the food that really were not... More

This was recommended by our guide. Although a bit more pricey compared to many other places, the quality of the food, friendliness of the staff was superb and we could find no fault. This sort of restaurant in the U.K., would have charged at least twice the price. A good choice of wines too. The only recommendation is to book.... More

Very tasty and well presented food in a superbly laid out courtyard restaurant. Modern Cambodian food imaginatively put together with very good service.
