A very unique place with traditional food not only from Armenian but the whole region. The place is inspired on the famous soviet movie "Kavkazkaya Plennitsa" (Kidnaped on the Caucasus?), so everything is decorated with eleements from the movie, which introduces you in the funny and nostalgic atmosphere of the movie. They also offered some dancing performing from armenian traditional... More

you can have a really delicious food here. but its also pricey. The time of cooking is usually longer than you expected. also you take care about the staff! that maybe seems strange and you don't expect it. but let me i tell about my last experience, i went on one of this branch exactly on junction of Sayat-nova and... I really like this place, cant say that this is the best place in Yerevan to visit but it is worth to be. We have tried Georgian food here and it was very tasty. The services is also very good. The only minus is that the place is always noisy. And the tables are very close to each other.

Like the Yerevan Tavern across the street, this restaurant caters to tourists and large groups. A bit kitschy, but a fun and unique place. I took my parents here when they visited Yerevan so they could try khachapuri and khinkali. Both dishes were great and they enjoyed the khachapuri in particular (who doesn't?). The service wasn't the best and our... More

You need to watch great Soviet film 'Caucasian captive' before you go there. Restaurant is devoted to the characters and scenes from the film. Authentic caucasian : Armenian and Georgian food. Great place for big company.

We walked in off the street, and had not known of this place before, but it was near the two hotels we stayed at in Yerevan. i picked up a business card, but in Armenian, so I think this is the place, based on the address. It has tons of character, and with more time we would have asked about... More

Way too kitsch. Way, way too kitsch. The theme of the restaurant is an old and extremely popular Soviet movie that takes place in Georgia, and the entire interior is based on it. Additionally they have national dances every 15 minutes or so, and the dancers are obviously professional even if they really couldn't have cared less (can you blame... More
