I really like this place, cant say that this is the best place in Yerevan to visit but it is worth to be. We have tried Georgian food here and it was very tasty. The services is also very good. The only minus is that the place is always noisy. And the tables are very close to each other.

Like the Yerevan Tavern across the street, this restaurant caters to tourists and large groups. A bit kitschy, but a fun and unique place. I took my parents here when they visited Yerevan so they could try khachapuri and khinkali. Both dishes were great and they enjoyed the khachapuri in particular (who doesn't?). The service wasn't the best and our... More

You need to watch great Soviet film 'Caucasian captive' before you go there. Restaurant is devoted to the characters and scenes from the film. Authentic caucasian : Armenian and Georgian food. Great place for big company.

We walked in off the street, and had not known of this place before, but it was near the two hotels we stayed at in Yerevan. i picked up a business card, but in Armenian, so I think this is the place, based on the address. It has tons of character, and with more time we would have asked about... More

Way too kitsch. Way, way too kitsch. The theme of the restaurant is an old and extremely popular Soviet movie that takes place in Georgia, and the entire interior is based on it. Additionally they have national dances every 15 minutes or so, and the dancers are obviously professional even if they really couldn't have cared less (can you blame... More

The name elicits nostalgia for Soviet days and simpler times, and the menu is correspondingly Soviet multinational, with heavy accents on Georgian and Central Asian, but the food is very good, service is friendly, and prices very reasonable. Good value.

We had lunch in this restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We ordered some soups, an appetizer made with nuts and spinach or beetroot paste and some stewed pork. All was good, especially the appetizers, very peculiar. The staff doesn't speak English properly and we managed to communicate with the waiter through our guide. The restaurant is nicely... More
