Located in the main center of hcmc. We went to the restaurant in peak hour, but very quick serve. The soup tasted very good. Fare price. Highly recommended!!

This time I decided to skid my all time favourite Pho Hung at Nguyen Trai for Pho Phu Vuong located at 120 Nguyen Thai Binh, Quan 1, HCMC. There is another outlet located at 339 Durong Le Van Sy. The restaurant was clean and spacious....I had a bowl of mixed meats, tendons and noodle .. the noodle is not the flat type but the thin round noodle .. I ordered another bowl just beef and tendons without the noodle. The soup or broth was delicious slightly sweet. However, in term of the beef selection .. Pho Hung have a better options. Overall .. my first choice is still Pho Hung followed by Pho Phu Vuong then third on my list will by Phu Le.More

Pho tastes as good as the photos printed in this entry look. Delicious broth worthy of picking up the bowl and slurping down when all the solids are consumed. Can't wait to return.

I visited the second location, 120 Nguyen Thai Binh. I went because a local food blog had suggested it might be in the top 5 place for Pho. With these expectations I was a little disappointed. First surprise was that they don’t use pho noodle,...but use bun. No effect on the taste but very non traditional in my understanding. And to my experience the noodles were over cooked. Supposedly top pho broth is very clear, this one a bit cloudy. Overall it was no better, perhaps not as good as the place local to my apartment who only charges about half as much. I think Phu Vuong suffers some from operating like a production line. If you are close to a more traditional place I wouldn’t suggest making a journey.More

Authentic Vietnamese Pho and value for money. Served in different ways. Finish off with Vietnamese coffee or ice cold coconut or soursop shake. Honest people there

Stumbled upon this Pho Bo store while exploring around our hotel. Place is brightly lit and clean, so decided to check it out as I love Pho Bo. Interesting that the menu lets the diner chose so many different parts of the animal, though I...would have liked to be able to mix a few. Prices are higher than the regular street food seller but the Pho was delicious! There is a wide variety of condiments to accompany the Pho to suit different tastes. Have eaten at several other Pho stores and found this one to be up there. Will return again!More

We had our first Pho in Saigon in Pho Phu Vuong just after our hotel Check-in 😄. It was sooooo delicious. It was clean and there were more locals than tourists. The broth was so flavourful and the meat tender and tasty. This place must...be on your Pho places to try!More
