The hu tieu Nam Vang is excellent. The noodle itself is fresh and tasty. Soup is flavourful and sweet. Friendly service

I wish you could understand how I feel when I was so hungry at 2pm after all the clubbing. This place serve a very big bowl of hu tieu, an originally dish from China but been localized here in the south of Vietnam. You gotta...try it!More

I think the food is good but for a local Vietnamese, I find this place a bit overpriced. And service is not that good to be this expensive

I totally can't understand why this place was underrated. Food was authentic and the soup was just fantastic. We paid only $3 for a bowl a soup which was really cheap! The place was clean for local standards. Recommend!

We found this place purely on recommendation. We were Hu Tieu virgin’s and had no idea what we were about to receive. Language was a barrier, the boy server went off to get an English speaker, the only ordering that happened was whether we wanted...‘dry or soup’. Still not knowing what we were letting ourselves in for i played safe and went ‘dry’ - fried. By the end of the meal we’d falling in love with the mound of shrimp and pork with it’s tapioca noodles and tasty broth with a mound of exotic fragrant leaves. It was super fresh and lots of it. Price was a little higher than expected but it was a great new culinary experience.More

Fresh off the plane from HK at 2:30 am and I happened across this busy spot. This place has some of the best Hu Tieu that I've had on the street in Saigon. Order it with everything. Goes great with a cold beer. Service is...quick. It was like 60k w/ a beer.More

The broth is light and delicious. The price here is a little bit higher than the average, but the bowl is also large and full. Shrimp is very fresh and big. Eating place is clean and airy. The food is worth money.

Tried both as most reviews said the dry version is better. But for us, the soup is better. Nothing stand out about the sauce that the dry version got. Tables space out nicely (not sardines) and clean but as a most places in Vietnam: trash...on floor regardless there are trash baskets provided or not. Very tasty. Too much meat but may be b/c we're so used to Western healthy eating habit. We ate here twice so don't mind to come back. 75k per bowl. Service is ok. Lots of ceiling fans.More
