We were looking for a romantic setting with Vietnamese cuisine, knowing how much my girlfriend loves Vietnamese dishes. As Vietnamese ourselves, we’ve tasted countless dishes across the country, but KotoSt25 redefined our palate of how Vietnamese cuisine can be presented in such an elegant and exuberant setting.
We opted for a set menu at Koto, which was authentically Vietnamese, rich in flavors that brought us back home, yet delivered with a Western twist that elevated our dining experience. Every bite was a rediscovery, from the spring rolls with well-braised Vietnamese-style Wagyu beef to the perfectly steamed ST25 rice. My girlfriend indulged in three cocktails, each beautifully mixed and served, with the standout being the “Canh Chua”— which amazes us enough as its taste uniquely captured quiet much resemblance to the Vietnamese tomato soup but still fit itself nicely to indulge as a cocktail.
Staffs were incredibly attentive, friendly, and took lots of their effort to explain the ingredients and stories behind each dish (though we barely remembered all the details 😂). Their warmth made us feel truly appreciated and cherished. We were even greeted by the hotel’s GM and the restaurant manager, who made their rounds to ensure every guest was enjoying their meal—a truly memorable touch.
It was a night that brought us even closer as a couple, and we would highly recommend KotoSt25 to anyone looking to share a lovely evening with their loved one.

Large open kitchen restaurant with lovely attentive staff, explained the dishes when presented etc etc topped up water when the glasses got low. Food was fantastic, we had the half chicken (knowing it would take 45min) and some Asian greens and of course a bowl of ST25 rice. Spring rolls for entree were great, full of beef and a great way to start. Was offered to have greens and rice whilst we wait for the main but chosen to have it together. Fantastic flavours and topped it off with dessert. We would def come back here again. Looking forward to it already. At the time of our visit they were open for lunch but only on weekends. Last dinner orders taken I think was 1030pm so a great option for late dinner. Accor Plus discount applied, I think the max discount was 30% food and the usual 20% for drinks)

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and needed something to eat after our flight from Hong Kong. ST 25 by Koto was just what we needed.
We asked for some recommendations for food and shared several plates all washed down with some beers and wine. The food was delicious and fresh - a great start to a few days in Vietnam.
A big thank you needs to go to Xuan Thuy who was able to guide us with food choices and expertly explained every meal as it came out.
If you are near, it is definitely worth a visit!

Koto ST25 stands out with dishes that are rich in Vietnamese flavors but are prepared in a very sophisticated and modern way. One of the dishes I tried was ST25 rice, a traditional rice dish cooked from the famous ST25 rice - the type of rice known as the best in the world. Each grain of rice when cooked is fluffy, soft and has a very special aroma, when combined with side dishes such as grilled meat, fish, or stir-fried vegetables, creating a harmonious and nutritious meal.
In addition, the sour fish soup is also a highlight worth trying. The broth is just the right amount of sourness, sweetness, and the fresh fish is soft, creating a refreshing and easy-to-eat feeling. The dishes here are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showing the chef's care.
Staff service:
What impressed me the most was the service attitude of the staff named Hieu, Quang Anh, Huyen, Huy and Phach. As soon as I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed with a friendly smile. The staff were very attentive and always willing to answer any questions about the menu. They also paid attention to every little detail throughout the meal, from changing the water to asking if I was satisfied with the food.
I felt like I was being taken care of and served with great care, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay.

Wonderful 11 course set menu. They were very accommodating towards people with any allergies providing them with a seperate plate and courses. Was a good experience with a good menu. Make sure you enjoy seafood! Our server Say was very friendly and accommodating.

Oh my, I cannot rate ST25 by Kyoto highly enough.
The food quality and taste was next level divine. Having the opportunity to taste six delicious dishes was an absolute delight.
The service, by Hai, for both food and drinks was exceptional. He took the time to explain some ingredients I wasn’t familiar with and I was grateful his English was so good (as I have no Vietnamese language skills). He explained he only learnt English since commencing with S25 by Kyoto 2 months ago, so clever.
Having read about this social enterprise before coming to Vietnam, it wasn’t until Hai mentioned it that I recalled what I had read. This is social responsibility at its best! Congratulations to all involved and I highly recommend anyone coming to Vietnam eat at ST25 by Kyoto! In the process you too can support and change the lives of at risk youth.

Amazing vietnamese fusion cuisine. The set menu is a great option which allows you to try the great range of food the establishment has to offer. Furthermore, the staff are attentive, kind and extreamly helpful. I highly recommend ST25 by Koto to anyone wanting to experience Vietnamese cuisine. Thankyou too all the staff.

We loved the food—easily the best restaurant we tried in Vietnam! Thuy was amazing, attentive to every detail, and made our visit exceptional.
We highly recommend the Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay ,Tiger Prwns and Barramundi with Mắm Tôm sauce—all are rich in authentic Vietnamese flavors. A must-visit for incredible food and great service!

Everything was just perfect with this Vietnamese degustation experience. Miss Thuy gave us a fabulous introduction to each dish and gave us charming service all night. The food was just memorable. Unlike many dego experiences the food came at a good speed and we were finished - easily - within a couple of hours. Too many highlights to mention … just come ( although the kingfish cerviche and the lobster with pepper sauce were incredible ). We washed it all down with a fine bottle of Primitivo which worked a treat .

I had a fantastic dining experience at ST25 by Koto, thanks to the outstanding service from Quang Anh and Thuy. Quang Anh was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, while Thuy ensured that every aspect of my meal was perfectly timed and I felt well taken care of throughout. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this restaurant for both its amazing food and exceptional service!

One of our favorite food experiences in Vietnam! We were looking for a relaxed, upscale dinner for our last night in Saigon, and ST25 did not disappoint.
Service was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive (if a bit inexperienced), and we felt well taken care of by Thanh Huyen and Hii.
While we don’t usually drink wine in Vietnam, their wine list (primarily Old World) is extensive, so we had some, and in addition, I had a delicious and pretty cocktail called the Panduran. All the foods were beautifully plated and delicious.
We shared the Cơm Chày (3 pieces of heaven), the KOTO Fried Chicken (light and flavorful), the Seasonal Asian Greens (tasty, and perhaps the least unusual dish), Phở Xào (which was adapted to make it safe for an allergy), and Bò Lúc Lắc (tender!). For dessert, we had Bành chơi nưởng, which was quite good, but we were so full, couldn’t enjoy it as much as it deserved.
In addition to the happy-making dining experience, we were also delighted to support the mission of KOTO (Know One, Teach One).

Oysters were very fresh , juicy. Ordered a plate of 3 oysters but they were so good , ordered another plate . The fried rice & fried rice noodles recommended were very delicious . Soup was fantastic & lastly dessert Banh Flan was a grand finale to a wonderful meal . Many thanks to the staff ‘ Huyen & Quang Anh ‘ .Excellent advice & recommendation & service by these 2 staff 👍👍

I was uncertain what to expect from this new contemporary style of Vietnamese cuisine. I décidéd to be brave and was pleasantly rewarded with a very lovely dining expérience. My allocated waiter Anthony navigated mẹ through the delicious sounding menu ánd I settled with seafood choices. Thêy were each delicious with a range of flavours thật gave me an enjoyable dinner sét in à beautifully désignéd restaurant. I would not hésitâte to return. Ian

Easy to get to with a terrific location access in the heart of town right of the pleasant ways of Le Duan Blvd., this restaurant is set on the mezzanine of a magnifique 5 star hotel, it holds ample spaces with variety of table sets scattered about, having fantastic ambiance and a fair share of privacy and discretion, for an intimate couple's dine or a large party as well.
In the 23 years that I've been traveling to Vietnam, this is the best expression of Vietnamese culinary cuisine excellence that I have been fortunate to taste.
My personal favorites are: the yummy fried beef spring roll, the pomelo and crab delicious salad, a definitely must is the KOTO fried chicken, and the lemongrass tiger prawns that are simply superb. And only to make out of the ST25 by KOTO a definitely must and also a first choice it just so happens that this restaurant also holds an important contribution to the communities from the fields of production to the kitchen, to the table product of this very fine and sensitive project.
The price for dinner is well in fare range in my book for cost vs. quality 😋 🤩😀

Despite the fact that I'm Vietnamese, the cuisine prepared and served at ST25 still surprises me because it's different and looks amazing than I had anticipated. If you have time, it will be more significant for your dinner that day if you go through the restaurant's history as well as the details about your meals. In summary, there are many fine dining Vietnamese restaurants in Saigon that are similar to this one, but ST25 is genuinely outstanding and comes highly recommended, offering delicacies that are reasonably priced.
