I liked this place. I've gone here a few times to watch movies, have some drinks or coffee or food and relax in free time. Usually alone. Sit around, relax enjoy. Price of food and drinks a little steep but you get free movies. Service is good and staff are good. Only drawback the seats aren't angled well so people... More

Bobby Brewers used to be a great place to hang out during the day to watch a movie (for free) or hang out with friends on the balcony. It's been replaced with another great place now, though, Champion - which is definitely worth checking out as well!

Three of us visited Bobby Brewers for lunch and we had a pretty bad experience. We sat on the outside balcony upstairs. We ordered some drinks, a breakfast burger, chicken cordon bleu, and chicken wings. When my friend ordered chicken wings she repeated at least 10 times "no sauce on the chicken wings". The waitress acknowledged that she understood and... More

The idea of the movie was great and the menu looked delicious, so we order and they didn't had what we wanted, we chose another thing and they didn't had it either. We had to order some sandwiches that weren't good and we coudn't eat it. The only good thing were the french fries.

Finding good, "non-drip" western-style coffee in Vietnam is not easy, so I'd highly recommend westerners in Saigon and about to begin touring the country to visit Bobby Brewers in Bui Vien (backpacker area) before heading off! Even places like (over-priced) Starbucks only go as far as "cappuchino", but we love flat white - and BB's is where we got it,... More

Pham Ngu Lao in District 1 is best known for being the Backpackers area in Ho Chi Minh City. It kinda gets crazy during the night as the alley is packed with people drinking beers, eating Pho and the what not. But this cafe made the difference. Bobby Brewers is a quaint non-mainstream type of cafe. Free movies. We ordered... More

We spent two evenings here and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in really comfortable sofas and watched two movies for free. It's lovely here, stuff is friendly without being pushy. The iceshakes are amazing <3
