Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was extraordinary! Every staff member said hello, greeting us with a smile. They were prompt and polite. The food was amazing. KOTO was one of the best places I ate at during my Vietnamese journey.

One of my friends advised me to visit this restaurant? Its a teaching project for streetkids. We ordered fried rice with chicken and the taste was great. Also got a very nice soup. The boys and girls who worked there were very nice and friendly and also one walked outside with us to show us where to go next, the... More

Good food, good concept, good service. We were happy to know the history of the restaurant. I tried Bun Cha which was really nice. I will go back when I visit Hanoi again.

This place is wonderful on several levels. First it employs and teaches culinary/front of house skills to poor and underprivileged youth. This provides a skill and future career for these individuals. They are provided housing if needed. They run the kitchen and front of the restaurant as well. Those individuals with whom we interacted were kind and insistent upon making... More

The KOTO Training Restaurant was busy when we arrived for a late lunch but we got a table upstairs where we could hear the enthusiastic banter of about 10 trainees behind the bar. We enjoyed our Vietnamese mains and lemon tart and chocolate mousse. The trainees spoke good English and their shyness was sweet. The restaurant is located across the... More

The restaurant is very busy so try book first - can we done online. Service was great and they even sell koto branded goodies like recipe posters or tshirts or aprons to take... More

I visited this restaurant while looking for places to eat nearby on google maps. Really glad I ate there. The staff where welcoming but not pushy to get you into the restaurant. The food was very fresh and flavorful. It was the best food I had while in Hanoi during my 5 day stay there. The staff were young and... More
