We went here twice, following a recommendation (Thank you Linh!) The food is really good, interesting and imaginative. Great banana flower salad. Enjoyed sampling several varieties of Son Tinh - interesting!

As an ex- resident in Vietnam, no trip to Hanoi would be complete without going to Highway 4. And as ever, it did not disappoint. We opted for catfish spring rolls, spicy calamari, pork ribs, pork loin and Highway 4 rice, and two Son Tinh cocktails. The catfish spring rolls need no words - they have always been amazing, and... This is an interesting restaurant love the ambiance downstairs, upstairs it gets more interesting. Foods delicious cost about 500000 for 3 of us. Portions are quite filing. Service was also good.

One of the finest restaurants in Hanoi I've eaten so far. It's a bit more expensive than other local ones, but the flavor and service are worth coming. The best ones are tofu with salted egg, all beef relating and mushroom.

Just a great option for dinner. Pretty trendy for Vietnam I think. Small dining room downstairs, didn't see upstairs but based on the traffic seemed bigger, possibly a bar area. Quiet enough for conversation, great food, limited drinks options. (They had only a couple of local beers and were out of red wine the second time we came here....) Overall... More

There are a ton of places in Old Quarter so I can't say this is the best place to go to, but I can say we had a awesome time and the food was great at an reasonable price (2 drinks, water, and dinner for 2 for $15 USD). They are well known in Hanoi and you can't go wrong... More

We were recommended this place by our hotel. It is in the old quarter and easy to find. The staff are very welcoming and the food is very good, authentic flavours. Wasn't too sure about the crocodile dishes on offer but we had chicken and fish dishes and they were delicious. A word of caution, do not drink the local... More

Went to highway by recommendation. Had a large, varied menu. Staff were nice and polite but not overally attentive. Food was good, but not next level amazing. For four people, ended up costing around 40 USD which is on the higher end for Vietnam. Highlight was the buffalo jerky for sure. Worth going but dont expect to have your socks... More

Basically, in Hanoi you are spoiled for choices when it comes to eating well. But this place is rally worth a visit if you're looking for something that's not street food (for a change). We ordered 4-5 dishes from the menu and shared between us. Very nice flavors and good atmosphere. Try their specialty 'catfish fresh spring rolls' or something... More

A buzzing venue but a little quieter upstairs. Shared tables always makes for interesting company. The food is very good. Not cheap by local standards but excellent value for us tourists! We come here at least once when we are in Hanoi. It's a good evening out.
