Ordered a couple of cocktails and they tasted decidedly limp. The liquor is watered down and we asked the staff to top up the drinks with another shot of the base spirit. This was met with more than a little resistance. The subsequent drinks we ordered straight up and we were convinced without a doubt of the dodgy done on... More

I was looking forward to what was supposed to be a fun night of live music. Place looks great on arrival and has a good ambience with wood themed / western interior and a stage that everyone can see, big wrap around bar etc. The drinks menu is monstrous and not cheap with all mixed drinks 120kVND / USD$6 .... This place has live bands from Philippines and locals which can help you to relaxe after long working hour. However the accompanying girls here are enoying as they push you to drink drink drink (for commission) and when you ask for the note, all the girls come around, greeting you expecting some tips.

The character of this place was interesting, the pool table was fun. BUT, most, if now all, of the female staff seemed to always be on their phones.

We were told by the hotel to visit this place if we wanted a band that sings english songs. They have a fillipino band. The drinks are not expensive but we had to buy drinks for the waitresses who sat at our table and stared at us. They couldn't speak much english and all they did was nod and smile.... More

I like live music so often choose here to enjoy when I feel bad. I quite like the band here, they can.play all kinds of music and so friendly. But to be in comparison, I like the old band with old man play guitar more. His skill is amazing and great. And now, too many ladies staff just ask for... More

Awesome Philippino band playing, old school rock and latest hits. Our regular place to drink and enjoy music. Good service. If you like live music this your place. Prices are average compare to other restaurants. Not too noisy place like Vietnamise discos. ***Raise d roof***

Third time to Seventeen Cowboys. Only about 2 minute walk from where I live. Thought I should try it out given that it is so close. On the positive side, the ladies that work in the bar are geourgeous. Tall and very beautiful. On the flip side, the girls in the bar don't give a toss about the customer. They... More

When we were there they had a Filipino band and the place was rocking. The prices of the drinks were not out of range and it was a good and rowdy evening. If you are looking for quiet and relax atmosphere this is not the place to go to! :)
