Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful place to come and eat, drink and admire the art & sculpture. Hard to choose from the vast selection of cakes but we settled on the carrot cake. We weren't disappointed with that or the coffee. Give yourself plenty of time to look around...the gallery and flower displays.More

In this gallery-cafe, I had their famous rice salad (minus the 2 fishy ingredients) and enjoyed being presented with a beautiful piece of art that I mixed together to form another beautiful piece of art, which I then proceeded to eat and experienced an unusual...melange of flavors dancing in my mouth, which I washed down with an iced coconut black tea, served with cane syrup and a cookie, as I sat and relaxed…More

I’ve actually been back to WOO Cafe since my last review in 2016 but didn’t do a review then. It’s like visiting an old friend who provides you with great food, welcoming, and providing a wonderful ambiance. So happy to see it’s just the same....I’ve been enjoying some great coffee in Chiang Mai and here at WOO it’s perfect and generous in portion size. Some business owners just know how to get it right and the owners / owner here have hit the mark when it comes to perfection.More

We had a drink here in the afternoon. The interior is very eclectic and fun. There’s also a shop selling home wares. Good place to stop and browse. Would try the food if we were here longer.

Nice environment, good service, fancy food. Fair pricing despite of all the fanciness. However, if you are looking for more local, traditional Thai dishes and setting, maybe this is not the place to go. More suitable for dates to impress your girlfriends or families celebrating...a special occasion. We enjoyed our lunch here anyway.More

Had lunch with friends at Woo Cafe recently after three years of not being able to travel. Prior to that, I had been to Woo many times. The food, ambience, services this round are still outstanding. We enjoyed the meal very much. Had wanted to...return for one more meal before leaving Chiangmai. However, we could not as our schedule was too tight. Will surely come back on our next trip. Keep it up Woo!More

Local friends brought us here today and then suggested the dishes. Everyone of them was over/the-top fabulous They close tomorrow briefly for renovation, so we will not have another chance on this trip.

Because of reading the recommendation, I decided to come to Woo cafe after Doi Suthep! It was amazing with the decoration and when you come inside you will say Wowww! I haven't seen such a nice coffee shop like this before! Love the green trees,...flowers, and the lovely staff! I choose lemon honey juice for a drink and signature dish in Thailand - the stir-fried basil with rice and pork. The food and drink were impressive! After that, I finished my meal with a wonderful Carrot cake! This is my enjoyable day in Chiang Mai and Woo cafe truly makes me love it! I will come back with my friend! Thank youMore
