Look no further amongst the reviews; as you may see from my photograph, the once very good 'Thais That Bind' restaurant is sadly no-more!

From the first contact, Thais That Bind impressed. I called to book, no reply, but they phoned me back within 10 minutes. When we called to change the booking time, no problem. We arrived, fast and friendly service, and then there was the food. Every dish was fantastic. Four of us shared spring rolls and crumbed prawns and vegetables as... More

We ate here a couple of times during our tsay in Chiang Mai. Great food at a reasonable price and pretty good service. Excellent smoothies and juices (try the lime juice!). They also served the best mango-and-sticky-rice I ate anywhere in Thailand (and I tried many variations!)

Their Khao Soi (iconic N. Thai noodle soup) was both one of the most delicious things I've had on my trip and one of the most painfully spicy! Get it (because you have to have Khao Soi in Chiang Mai), but unless you are a chili fiend, ask for it "MAI PET" (not spicy)!

This is one place we went into after reading reviews. Nice, humble place with good service for the money. Food was very tasty as we ventured into typical salad, and curry of the Thai. If the green in the salad could have passed my wife's deeper inspection, I would call it a pretty good and clean place to eat. But... More

I had the northern thai style curry, which was pretty good. The greencurry my girlfriend had however was mediocre. The spring rolls we shared were not good at all, to much oil, not crispy at all. Price was very reasonable. So overall ok, but nothing special

On a recent trip to Chiang Mai, we were looking for a rest stop & meal after trekking around the old city. Came across Thais That Bind, but it was empty so we were apprehensive to enter. Didnt matter as the staff made us quite welcome & quickly offered an icy cold Singha & & meal suggestion. I decide on... More

The restaurant was nearly full with couples and familiies - and deservedly so. I chose for my glass noodles with minced pork to be spicy and was not disappointed! Meals were yummy and we expect to visit again.

Great location with view of Wat Luang, good food at fair prices. Most of all, the staff is lovely. We walked past every day for a few days as our guesthouse was nearby and they taught us a lot of Thai, never pushing for their business, just super sweet. Immediately recognised us when we came back a few days later.... More

We had Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Both were delicious! It came out in no more than 5 minutes. We came for lunch and it wasn't very busy and the waitresses were very attentive and spoke English well. Finally the Mango Sticky Rice was AH-MAZING! Do not skip dessert!!! Highly recommend!
