Pai Yan Yai is my absolute favorite place to get some remote work done in Chiangmai. I come here almost every other day. The place is huge with ample space to spread out, charge up your electronics, and spend time working there. The second floor is always silent, which makes it the ideal work space. I needed to go to the Nimmanhaemin Road area and had seen recommendations for this cafe. The cafe itself has very nice ambiance and good service. Very nice little breakfast spot. The food was good and the establishment was extremely clean. Free wifi and relaxing breakfast. Open early.

I cannot sing the praises of Pai Yan Yai highly enough; it's cosy, it's cute, it serves THE best iced Matcha I've ever had in my life, and it's quiet and welcoming. I've been frequently this coffee shop all winter after a German friend who comes here to work on his online business introduced me to it.
