When no other restaurant served you a beer due to some strange occasion, this one did, together with a very nice portion of deep fried baby squids

I walked in speaking in Thai and was greeted with the usual courteous and prompt service. While having my meals, there's this hong kong couple who sat next to my table and so I observed how they were served. It was the same, excellent and courteous. I've order Salmon Sashimi, Tempura, California Roll and Chawanmushi (steamed egg). Overall, the salmon... More

We had lunch here after walking around paragon looking for a nice Japanese place. This looked the best as it had private little tables sectioned off which I liked. Food was excellent. I highly recommend the Salmon Kabutoni. Would definitely eat here again.

We had lunch here will shopping at Paragon. In general, restaurants at Paragon are either very busy on weekends or expensive. This Japanese restaurant is both affordable and calm. Friendly and prompt service. Set menus @ less than 500 Baht. Quite okey food. Recommended.

We walked in becos the son wanted Jap food. It was pretty empty for a Friday lunch time. But then again, Siam Paragon makes one TOO spoilt for choice with many value options in the Foodhall! I had a sashimi salad and it was fairly decent value for money. I liked the cuttlefish/cucumber mentaiko salad as well. It was a... More

This place was empty on a Thursday night, so we should have known better. The food is very expensive. The sushi was mediocre at best. Worst was the big cockroach crawling next to me on the seat. I understand in a big tropical city like Bangkok there are probably cockroaches in many restaurants, but I don't want one crawling next... More

top notch Japanese restaurant in the top notch shopping mall (Siam Paragon). Excellent food, great service, discreet but efficient. In order to enjoy the place, you need to be willing to spend at least 3000 THB per person without any problem.

Excellent lunch with my wife and 8-yo daughter. Good choice of very fresh and tasty fish available in sushis and sashimis. Tempuras were also very good. Friendly service. Good value for money

Went to Kabuki with my 4 years old son and a couple of friends. We were directed to one of their private table- secluded with an alarm bell to call the waiter. The Japanese cuisine is absolutely divine. Fresh ingredients carrefully prepared by chefs who clearly know what they are doing. The sushi are really good and the prices are... More

April 4, 2009. Tried out a Japanese restaurant in Bangkok on the recommendation of a travel magazine. The Kabuki is located outside the food court in the Siam Paragon shopping mall. The place is partitioned into small cubicles with latticed wood panels, creating something akin to private dining rooms, albeit rather tiny and cage-like. I find the sashimi to be... More
