I returned to this restaurant after 5 years and the food is still pretty darn good. Beer is also very well priced. Waiting staff have a bit of attitude and seem to want to get to gowing to their evening performance, but all in all a good place. Pity it is so far away

Locating just across the RCA stretch of clubs, this outdoor dining place is the perfect hideout for your pre-party dinner. The restaurant has an idyllic ambience with a performing local band. Food-wise, the restaurant serves a huge variety of local cuisine and the quality was not disappointing. Best of all, the price was affordable compared to your low-mid range restaurants.... More

Since we were staying nearby, we had two meals there. Both were consistently good for all of the members of our party. The various seafood and rice dishes were all well-prepared and tasty. They will adjust spice levels to suit. I agree with other reviewers that the morning glory should not be missed as a side dish. While I would... More

The nice outdoor beach house themed dining area is ruined by the traffic noise from the nearby road and freeway. It is close to the RCA entertainment area. The food is good but better had be found elsewhere in nicer atmosphere. The service slow and three dishes do Moto come at once. Price is reasonable.

Talay Bangkok is a beach themed restaurant in Bangkok. It has a fake beach in the middle of the restaurant which makes the place quite unique. I enjoy my times there each time I go. The food is good, the pricing is OK, and the restaurant is just across the road from RCA. The only downside is the band is... More

And I stayed more than 10 times at it. Only thing is the chairs and table are made for midgets. Hard to sit more than... More

Stayed at the golden tulip Nd just walked there to have dinner. Amazing food I must say. Ordered morninglory which was the best I've ever tried and the green curry was full of flavours and creamy in texture, just the way I like it. Draught beer completed my amazing experiience. If you stay in Rama 9 , you better go... More

I spent two night in Bangkok last sept and both nights I ate at the Bangkok Talay which was recomended to me by a Thai friend of mine. The food is delicious and the restaurant itself is pretty cool with having a beach theme. The staff are sound and you can also get Singha on Draft. The restaurant is 5... More
