Bit of a tourist trap. Extremely nice location with view over Wat Arun. It’s a nice possibility for catching some nice photos of the temple from a distance. Food was average but not bad. We didn’t plan to have dinner at the Deck but after passing it looked lovely and we decided to go for it. We loved it from the moment we entered, each floor had a different vibe and purpose. The main dining space is on the...4th floor with the deck on the 5th floor being more of a bar space. After dinner we went up for a drink onto the deck. Both areas were great. Fab and authentic food with the most marvellous view of Wat Arun. Can highly recommend the restaurant and bar, the staff, the food selection as well as the overall atmosphere.More

Lovely lunch in nice surroundings with a fabulous views and authentic Thai food. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Very friendly. WiFi available. Would definitely recommend. A busy spot so do book in high season to ensure you get to enjoy the spectacular view across...the river.More

Lovely restaurant by the Chaophraya river in Bangkok. Opposite side of the river from Wat Arun. Fantastic photo opportunities in the evening with a lit up Wat Arun in the background. Pre book a table overlooking the river. The thai food was good and definitely...value for money. Only disappointment was that post meal beers/cocktails in the rooftop cocktail bar were more expensive than in the restaurant (and very expensive for Bangkok). Might explain why the cocktail bar was relatively quiet and lacking atmosphere. Will definitely go to the restaurant again will give the cocktail bar a miss.More

Came here on recommendation from our hotel for my birthday. The place is right by the river and we had a table overlooking the river. Food is excellent as is the service but you do pay a little more. The chicken satay and spring rolls...were knockout. Perhaps the restaurant could have noted my birthday better, they were told, other than if you ate over 2000 bhat you could have a free tiramisu. Good place to eat but as I said a little on the pricey side.More

After an absence of 4 years (see my previous Review), my wife and myself had dinner earlier this evening at the Deck Restaurant where there is some major external refurbishment taking place along the waterfront. That’s not the only refurbishment to have taken place as...the Deck seating capacity has now doubled to 200 covers in a range of different eateries. We had dinner on the first floor restaurant which was totally different to the first floorwe dined four years ago although the view of Wat Arun across the Chaopraya is as wonderful as ever - better actually now the restoration work has been completed. What hasn’t changed is the excellent food and service. Our meals were delicious and we couldn’t have been better looked after. Needless to say, the Deck remains one of my favourite Bangkok Restaurants and I don’t see this changing in a hurry!!More

visited to celebrate christmas but because of beside construction work, cant relax. it was so noicy and always people who are getting up bother our view since stair case was installed wrong and bad place. all in all, not good place to visit. dont believe...just review. Terrible place!More

Ordered a margharita pizza and a pint for lunch when the pizza arrived it was tiny, tasteless and watery, i think it had been frozen. 430 baht with service charge. Ripoff!! Over £10 This is the first time ive frequented this place ill give it...a miss next time. There are much better restaurants serving decent food at normal prices not tourist prices. Average food. Our beef was ways too tough to eat. Most of staffs are nice and helpful except one with curly hair and nose pin with absolute rude attitude, never experience that before in Thailand. Maybe he got a bad day but this was totally...unacceptable. Will never go back againMore

Food extremely nice. Reasonable prices and really nice river views. Would recommend coming here for sunset or evening. We booked in advance therefore we're able to get a nice outdoor table on arrival.

Decent food but incredible views of Wat Arun and the Chao Phraya River. Come here at sunset for an amazing display of colors and grandeur!

Not sure why people complain about the service here. Every single staff was attentive and caring. The food is ok but not great and pricey but you pay for the amazing view on Wat Arun and the river.
