This is my first time of fine dining that very amazing!!! I was enjoy everything in the restaurant. Every course was very surprised and delicious. We had to touch every surface to try to understand and created an imagination in 100% darkness. Khun Nid, Khun...Bass, Khun Orn and Khun Geeka were very friendly. They gave us warm welcome, explained clearly concept of their restaurant and took a very good care. And importantly, Khun Moo who was our guide. She’s brought us into the darkness smoothly. She made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited along the time. So, I feel like when mother feed me some food. She’s very kind, very amazing and always making a nicely conversation. Khun Mee that we met in the dark, was very talkative and very joyful. They did an excellent service! Made my dinner super amazing!! I’m very happy and looking for come back soon!!More

We had a brilliant experience at Dine in the Dark Bangkok. We made a reservation online from home (which was super easy), and were greeted by the staff who made us feel welcome immediately. They explained the concept and made sure we were comfortable with...everything. They were also very careful to make sure we had no allergies and if we had any food preferences- which was very nice. Then we got to meet our server Moo, who led us into the darkened restaurant. She took excellent care of us, explained every single step and made the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable. She checked up on us along the way, and was super lovely! After the meal we returned to a room with light and got to see pictures of the menu, and see if we guessed the menu 😊 This experience was super interesting and you’ll be taken good care of by the staff at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit!More

This was a unique experience. How often do you have a chance to experience the world in a completely different way? This is one such opportunity and you shouldn't pass it up. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Mawn (moo) our thai waitress was blind from when she was born and...she did an amazing service! Very polite and funny. She deserves the world. Her service was absolutely great! We had a blast! She was taking great care of us and was the one who made us feel safe and very happy all along the experience. Making sure we felt good and guiding us from entering in the total dark, sitting, eating, explaining how to start…she was our guide. The food was simply gorgeous and we were playing the game to guess what it was and we’re surprised at the end of the dinner when they revealed us the pictures of all our diner… some mistakes we made. We won’t forget this! Ever. Thank you for supporting those in needs or even for sensibiliting us the best way. It was fantastic! Sheraton, you must be proud of doing this and I hope that people talk about this more and more so everyone get the chance to live this moment!!!More

Can't see a thing, but thats what makes this so fun! Was told that I would not be able to tell the difference between white and red whine, which was bogus, but a really fun night. Would be great to do again with more guests...next time.More

I had dinner there couple weeks ago and was served by Mhee/Ball. I have heard of this experience from friends before but never got the chance to try it so I was very excited. Stepping into the dining area and having my sight stripped away...made the meal more interesting than I had expected it to be. The food was superb; albeit less filling than expected. The whole experience was just amazing.More

Mhee and kookai were excellent. The food was very good, definitely something everyone should try!!!!

This was something we tried for the first time and we loves it! The concept is amazing, food delicious and the ambiance top notch! Mr. Okay and Kookai made us feel at home, definitely set a standard for a service industry. Will come back again...:)More

another fun night, last time i came with friends this time with Bf. Our waiter Mhee was great ! He make our meal more entertaining , food are great hotel standard. Thanks to Pa and kookai for the advice my bf come for first time...he also impressed ! Ps. My boyfriend concern about the security process since you ask us to leave all belonging and phone outside. And it put on the table for while so he suggest to have a proper locker and the customer can put in stuff themselves and keep the key. ThanksMore
