Used to be a hip new york brand made famous by felicity drama series but changed several owners and now based in bangkok. More options than starbucks, and they co-sell many other brands of snacks as well

There are a number of Dean & Deluca restaurants/delis in Bangkok, but they are closing down because of lack of business This location on Silom Rd. has closed. There is another near the Chong Nongsi BTS station.

Services really unfriendly and the tone was more like the staff dread working there. It is a fun cafe they need people who are happy to work. Lack the smile and happiness compared to the old main one at Mahanakorn which was superb.

Went there a few weeks ago, it was quite busy. We waited for 15 mins until finally gave up and realized that noone was paying attention to us as customers. Then tried to order food for delivery and after 20mins they cancelled the order... People...have told us how awesome this place is. Yeah right ;)More

I’m not sure why the Thais enjoy their air conditioning set to “arctic” but it meant that we gulped our coffee down and beat a hasty retreat. As is usual for Thai coffee shops almost every table was occupied by students and their laptops who,...having bought the cheapest beverage, settled in for the afternoon to use the free Wifi and generally occupy space that paying customers might use. They too were rugged up against the polar conditions upstairs I should add this review is of D&D at Silom Soi 1 corner of which TripAdvisor appears to have no knowledge The coffee is the same price as Starbucks (hardly a recommendation) but the bakery snacks of a better quality. On the ground floor a view of a homeless man urinating between the pillars holding up Sala Daeng BTS added to the ambience of the placeMore

Have visited this franchise a few times world wide and always enjoyed the experience. This time sadly not Lack lustre service and average food which l found quite expensive for what you got. Caesar salad without croutons or anchovy..... and a vegetable pasta which more...than lacked inspiration. More ice than needed in the latest New York style lychee iced drink left me wondering why I'd bothered. Maybe it was just a bad day at the office ?? But at 600 bhat for experience..... Bangkok is full of wonderful places to eat who don't have to trade on their international nameMore

Coffee is ok but way overpriced. Almost no veggie food options. Always a line because they have only one cashier. They used to use some kind of survey system and now I guess they just don’t care about what their customers think. Looking forward to...seeing a proper coffee shop open in this area.More

Had dinner over here for some 'good' American food. Enchilada was great however the Crab and Salmon Croquette (1 croquette not 2 or 3 for a main entree) was to CRY for. It was breaded too heavily and the salmon taste was overwhelming. Had the...pumpkin pie, the under crust was not completely baked, brought it to the supervisor's attention who changed to a new slice of pie which was the same texture but couldn't be bothered to complain further.More

I was pleasantly surprised to find this delightful cafe on my last trip to Bangkok. It does serve generally good food with a wide variety and the coffee that I had was great. The staff are attentive and friendly. Plus point is it is near...to BTS station.More

worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers
