Finally came to this area of bangkok after visiting the city so often. Much preferred soi rambuttri area and wouldn't normally opt for a place like this - preferring locals bars but beer cold and reasonably priced.

OK the drinks are a bit pricey but the staff were most lovely and helpful... even after we'd left, got to the end of Khao San Rd, and wandered back for Round 2 :P

In bangkok for a few days & thought I'd get away from the sleazier area's of nana etc, B140 for a small singha in what is widely known as the backpacker area seemed very expensive to me, I suppose it is good for the 7/11 's as most people seemed to be buying beer from them, surly staff combined guaranteed... Not recommended. Very unfriendly place with drinks brought and thrown down on the tables by un happy waiting staff. Ordered cider and got brought lager which they refused to change. Walked out to some abuse.

For the service and ambience just another place in and around Soi 11 nothing special to stand out and in fact more expensive than some of the nicer places around

We were 4 girls, all places on Soi 11 are quite happening. we wanted to explore night life and stepped into Mulligans which was decently crowded. Not filled with creepy crowd. Quite good music and decent crowd. Had a good time.

So I decided this would be a good place to enjoy a cold one and do some people watching on the infamous khosan road. Paid the bar maid with a 500 bhat note for a 165 bhat beer and was offered no change. Of course this was partly my fault for not realising and asking for it, but I was... More

I got the fish n chips and the fish was very wet and soggy. My partner got a cheeseburger and he enjoyed that. We think it is just a bit overpriced for what ya get. Safe place though if you're worried about what you're eating.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
