Please do not go past this place. My friends and I discovered it just walking by and to look at it you could tell it had an authentic Thai feel in the middle of Bangkok. There were three of us and we ordered three entrées...More

This restaurant is well priced, very authentic and very tasty! I particularly recommend the fish (sea bass?) and the whole marinated chicken! The Pad Thai is excellent as well!

Based on the reviews read on trip advisor we decided to give this place a try. A fair taxi drive to where we stay but so worth the trip. So much so we not going to bother to try any where else. Place is frequented...More

This is a great place for local fare. Really cheap and good (C&G). You don't need to go to places like Somboon, which is a rip off with dropping standard. Location of Sabai Jai is just opposite Ekkamai/Thong Lo Healthland Massage. What a combination for...More

Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor
and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and
well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in
hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in
one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared
to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While
great for a night out, the area is nothing short of
interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix

Brian is right. Ekkamai (E7) on the Sukhumvit Line is the nearest Station. Take Ext.1. 15 to 20 Minutes sounds right, but there is a nice Pub on the way. The Restaurant is on the left hand side.
