Restaurant Gaggan sits within a glorious whitewashed, colonial-style, double-storey timber house located at the end of a grimy, narrow alley...the contrast a metaphor for the experience itself though that's perhaps a little harsh. Certainly the much mentioned and cursed booking process is not a positive. For that matter neither is the expensive wine list nor, one of my pet hates,... More

Explosive!! Each course , each bite, tickles, challenges and blows all five senses, its manned by a warm , welcoming and friendly team, the vines are excellent and the Somelier Vladmir knowledgeable. Its a must visit , the incredible amount of clever work and experiment behind the scenes , to create this marvellous experience inspires me to work harder and smarter ❤️

Easily the worst "top" restaurant in the world.... service sucks... just look at the reviews here and the fact no bad review is addressed by staff/management because they have nothing to say to defend themselves..... gives you a pretty good indication of the service and quality of this restaurant. Easy pass for any discerning diner. Eat at the Peninsula or... More

Progressive indian cusine. 25 dishes, some very good and some just ok. Clever waiter making all the different dishes interesting but we know many restaurants that deserve a better ranking than GAGGAN. But it was a night to remember :) Price/Performance ok.

The title of this post is not mine, but rather the one Gaggan has earned over the last few years in the Top50 rankings. Gaggan is a dinning experience and is definitely the most sophisticated food I have ever eaten in my life. It is slightly on the expensive side, but the Chef Gaggan Anand and his crew will make... We had a wonderful evening here for a birthday party. It's more like a culinary experience that a restaurant. We were blown away with the beauty of the food. It felt very wrong eating it as each course was a complete work of art. The taste were so different our brains were constantly in overdrive trying to "understand" what we... More

It was a long dinner with 25 dishes to sample on the degustation menu. There was a strong Japanese influence and I was told that Gaggan was inspired by his recent visit to Japan. The food very good and creative but with 25 dishes, it was hard for me to keep track. I also found the tables placed quite close... More

We decided to go in support of our grand-daughter who had researched and really wanted to experience the creativity and surprises. Also, we have never eaten at such a highly rated restaurant: Asia's top restaurant 3 years in a row! We were not disappointed in this respect: presentation, textures and tastes were truly creative. From a food enjoyment experience it... More

The horrendous booking process is a killer. I will never try to go again because of this and cannot recommend it. I liked the emojis concept very much and was impressed by the service. It was very professional and relaxed at the same time: great! On the food side, some of the emojis were great but I found quite a... More
