Authentic Thai food in an art gallery café. Located not so far from Sheraton Orchid, excellent tasty fish curries. Also valid for the sticky mango. Only problem is the elevator music playing again and again quite loud same songs. Pls change that and everything will...be great ;) Need to have some patience, good food take some time to prepare. Prices are middle-high.More

We were staying at the Royal Orchid Sheraton which is a lovely hotel, but with typical hotel food (expensive and not that good). This place is just a few minutes walk away and serves dishes with twice the flavour at half the price.

฿1,100 for 4 tapas style starters, and a salad, plus drinks. Nice, air-conditioned café just around the corner from the Sheraton hotel. Wide range of snacks and larger meals, and plenty of choice of things to drink. Not the cheapest in the world but comfortable,...safe and good quality food.More

Service is patchy despite the 17% tax and service passed on to the customer. Food all very salty with small quantities per dish. Drinks were awful - with such great tropical fruit around, including mangos sitting in a fruit bowl on the bar, the juices...on offer were straight out of a can. Poor value for money with very high prices, and service is hopeless with waiters wandering around and diners trying hard to attract their attention. Go elsewhere.More

Had a nice dinner here. Good food and wine. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend the green papaya salad.

I wanted to wander a bit from my hotel alone to find food. My hubby was working. I wanted authentic Thai food. I found this restaurant and had the yummiest Panang Chicken. At home this is my favorite Thai dish. This place made it like...they plucked right out of heaven.More

Staying close by and not wanting to eat at the hotel, we chanced upon this place. Food was very good and the staff happy to change orders i.e. meat curries to veggie curries. Food was fresh, well prepared and tasted delicious. Service was also good...and if you are in this part of town; well worth a visit.More

I live in Bangkok and indeed it is not so easy to find authentic Thai restaurant with nice and cozy atmosphere. Gallery Cafe is always my favorite choice

We were walking back to our hotel and came upon this cute little spot. After perusing the menu we decided to pop in. The food was quite tasty and priced right - our dinners with 2 drinks each only came to about $45 US. The...walls are covered with artwork and Edith Piaf was playing on the sound system. A real find - highly recommended!More

It's on a quiet side street as I recall so you should be able to street park without issue. Unsure about designated parking though since I walked there.
