Unfortunately there is not much choice in city center and the crown is definitely the only and nice place to have breakfast, lunch or coffee. It is noisy during peak hours but food is good and the lemon juice great!!

What amazes me about this restaurant is its standards that has been kept for years, which is not easy to keep especially in Africa for many reasons. Same very tasty food, large portions, beautiful presentation and very affordable. Service is fast despite being served by only 2 waitresses, all i can say is "perfect service". A good place to meet... More

Good food, a bit overpriced for SL standards, but a good place to take a break from the very crowded street

Have a very good taste, hygiene is average, service is average, prices are acceptable VS the quality.

The Crown Bakery is located in the middle of town (most of the banks are located all around). I went for lunch with my laptop and I had to stand up from my table and ask the manager to type the wifi password in my laptop (he refused to say it). The place is very noisy and there is almost... More

The best place to have lunch downtown. Everything is fresh and healthy. Service also at good standard. Shrimp curry is my favorite dish. It is a mixture between French, Lebanese and Sierra Leone food. Enjoy

Pretty good local eatery. The food was good, and there was a good selection. The wait staff did a good job as well.

Yes. this is the best restaurant we have eaten in Freetown. there is not much else to focus on. just the food. it makes the difference. from most of the choices you can't go wrong. that's an ambitious statement even for the upmarket and flashy restaurants of Freetown. Crown Bakery does the job right, every time. what more to ask... More

This is a nice little gem in Freetown. The food is delicious. The menu is diverse with pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, sandwiches, etc. You can order food to eat in the nice and clean restaurant, get food to-go, or order from a delivery service.

This was a nice lunch spot in Freetown. Reasonably quick. It is popular with expats, and crowded, though there was no wait for a table. The local African cuisine was delicious, though the juices were bottled rather than fresh.
