So Biobak has been around in Abuja for a while and is a local restaurant perfect for a quick fix. The staff attitude is not exactly consistent and the food is just okay. If you are looking to cure a quick surge of hunger, this would work as its Buffet style with a lot of good and drink options

If you have a spicy palete, biobak is the place for you. They have excellent cooks who have mastered traditional cooking. Try their efo and pounded yam. With healthy proteins like giwan ruwa, croaker fish, ofal. Varied organic menu but come loaded as the food isn't cheap, a meal can cost as much às $30 to $40 or more depending... More

It's impossible to walk into Biobak and not find something to eat on the menu. The food is nicely prepared. They cook a local delicacy called 'moimoi' in Nigeria so well that people buy in bulk to store in their freezers at home. The atmosphere is basic and clean. I like that Food is served cafeteria style, so you can... More

Dear Readers, Believe it or not Biobak Restaurant is the best Nigerian Restaurant in Abuja. The food is just like homemade food. I recommend this restaurant to foreigners who are looking for a place where to eat Nigerian dishes. I recommend the jollof rice + Titus stew/roasted + cow leg + beans porridge. I have never had a running stomach... More

One of the oldest restaurants in Abuja but they still deliver to you variety of dishes to select from. Though, pricey.

The food is delicious, though quite pricey for the environment (which is a typical bukka setting). Would rather settle for Chinese takeout though

Biobak has become popular and is a good place to have nice local flavour cousine. They serve both African and continental and did not disappoint.

I do agree the biobak is overrated, the food is ok but the prices are outrageous. I also find the sort of distorted buffet setting disturbing, one has to hold his tray after getting food, then on to another counter to get protein and on to another to pay. VIP service is available upstairs for an additional sum but it's... More

For the lovers of swallow, this is the right place to be. The food is really good and there are lot of options. Though on a busy day parking space can be a challenge, but the atmosphere is great!

Thats right, this restaurant is a complex oxymoron, whatever that means. Food is great, if youre into the traditional Yoruba cuisine with lots of spicy oily soups. And I think the litlle delicacies at the check out counter is a nice touch. But the prices are scandalous and I think overrated. Parking is tight and the staff seem to enjoy... More
