We were four. We had dinner there. We have ordered 4 different foods. The portion is very generous and, Ohh the food sooo yummy. We all agreed that it's the best meal we had for the first time in our stay in Windhoek. From our surprise, the price is amazingly reasonable. It's worth to eat there.

The front of the building is nothing to indicate the food and the atmosphere inside. I focused on the the sea food. The Luderitz oysters were nothing short of excellent. The Super King Prawns were more like kings and for my taste slightly over done. But the peri peri was great and so was the salad. We sat on the... More

I went to this place for a late lunch, and there were just a few customers. The food is more or less portuguese, but the Namibian traditional slow service meant it was cold when it got to the table. The price is medium, there's a car park available at the front but like in most places at Windhoek you have... More

I took the fish of the day and it was excellent and well prepared. As our first night out in Windhoek I enjoyed this place as there were lots of local people and not only tourists ! Service was excellent.

Nice decor, with an authentic Portuguese feel. The food has excellent flavors, and their sea food is fresh, which is rare in Windhoek. Service is usually fast, but if the place is busy, can be cumbersome.Their grilled calamari is really nice.

The Kubota Restaurant produces some nice food and the staff were attentive but our experience was spoilt when one staff member became disgruntled because he felt that I did not give him enough of a tip and proceeded to moan loudly to his colleagues about it in front of us. A real shame because had he been a little more... More

Our business dinner at Kubata was enjoyed by my three colleagues and myself. I had the oryx steak and it was very good, while the Greek salad was acceptable. Avoid the coffee though. It was poor. My colleagues had the fish and appeared to thoroughly enjoy their meals. Recommended.

Visited Kubata with some friends and it was a good experience. Customer service was average but the food was excellent. 500g of lamb with mash potatoes for less than 200 rand. Will definitely visit again

Amazing Portuguese food. I have been to this restaurant so many times but I am never disappointed. Great service, scrumptious food for great prices. Lovely atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.
