Have been coming to Marrakech for the past five years and stay at all inclusive resort, but can't resist eating at Oscars. It was recommended by a Berber shop owner who eats there himself, so after our first visit, we were hooked. Whenever we come to Marrakech we eat there two or three times, the kofta tagine with egg is... More

This is a no frills place, long tables with plastic tablecloths but a warm welcome. The food is plain and simple but well cooked wnd well presented. The restaurant is spotlessly clean.

If you are looking for an unforgettable, high-class dining experience while in central Marrakesh, this is NOT the place for you. There are plenty of up-market places to choose from. Oscar Progres offers tasty, traditional food in a clean, simple environment at mouth-wateringly low prices. This is a restaurant for local residents and for large families who have to keep... More

This seemed a popular place as it was quite busy; we ended up here as our first two options had no room (Cantina Des Gazelles and Roti D'Or). It serves the usual tagines, cous cous and kebabs at a very reasonable price but the food I tasted was quite bland.

I'd been to several local restaurants around Morocco and found the food amazing. However, this place I couldn't have been more disappointed. I ordered the mixed meat skewers and rice. It was tasteless and rather horrible - the rice was swimming in a puddle of yellow oil. I would never come here again and I wouldn't recommend. However, friends that... More

Recommended by the host of hotel, I came here by myself, very lovely place, just like 1990s China, just the people are different. Good price, delicious Taji chicken, friendly service, if once again I can be Marrakech again, I would visit more often.

Our "riad-friend" suggested this restaurant as it's cheap and trustworthy. I ate pigeon, it was tasty but not filling.

Average quality. If you need a simple, quick bite. Dishes with meat seem to be a better choice than all vegetarian. I would not recommend the dessert. Not 5 stars hotel clean, but practical. This is where locals would eat. Try it for experience or for take out food. Great value

We were 8 people looking for a table for lunch and our Riad Cala Medina managed to reserve a table for us here. We were glad for the recommendation as we would not have found the restaurant in a side-street only a minute from the Jamal al-Fnaa square. This was not a restaurant that catered for tourists. They did not... More
