We wanted to sit down in the evening and have a view over the main square. We had 2 mint teas , which were ok but expensive for what we got. We didn't have another drink but sat for a while watching the activity below. it was fairly quiet in the cafe as it was 8pm on a February night..... More

Only wanted to grab a coke, but refused this where we were sat. So we left.there are other places that will serve you what you want and when.

From upstairs or downstairs the view of the square is excellent, it's the Florians of Marrakech but the prices are a fraction of it's Venetian cousin. Great for people watching,

It's a bit shabby, but basically the only reason anyone is up on the balcony is for the view, which is FANTASTIC, you can see over the whole of the square. yes, you have to buy a drink but what's wrong with that. go up before sunset, nab a chair and then watch the square hustle and bustle. didn't eat... Nice setting with great views of the madina. We visited in Jan 2017 so the evenings were a little fresh and this place had patio heaters to keep clientele warm. Very clean toilets, with good hand washing / drying facilities. Not really suitable for infirm or wheel chair users due to the super steep spiral stair case leading from street... More

Check-in at sunset, go upstairs, take a tea since it's mandatory and chill out enjoying the breathtaking view on the Square, the crowd and wait for the sunset pray when all the people shut up instantaneously for respect. Touristic attraction, probably the greatest one, but a must see!

Found the Peach Melba doused in sauce and cream. Ice cream was too sweet and lacked flavour . Hardly any peaches which is ironic considering how cheap fresh fruit in Morocco is Expected more from a quality establishment for the price

Have a glass of mint tea or a coffee overlooking the Djemaa el Fna. Mix of tourists and locals shows that prices aren't hiked up due to great location. God service at all times of day.

From the balcony you would have a unique view of Jemaa el-fnaa square. If you are a fan of such view you may even seat there and look at the landscape for hours. You have to pay for at least a soft drink to enter the balcony and you have the choice to order other beverages and foods also. But... More
