Was a bit difficult to find but when found, you will be glad you have spent the time to find this restaurant. Beautiful decor and amazing food at good prices. The concept is a 'pop up' restaurant where chefs from around the world come for 3 months (this is an awesome concept btw). Don't exacly remember the price but it... More

Lovely, high quality meal. We were pleasantly surprised by a "Thanksgiving" meal on Thanksgiving. The wine we had was as good as wines from California or France.

On my visit to Fes, I was told this was a great place to eat... And it truly was! It is located just at 5 minutes walk from Place Batha. The decor is a great mix of modern and traditional moroccan style with a special touch of elegance. The food was delicious made with local fresh ingredients cooked by international... More

We had a great time eating at this restaurant. Good price value meals and lovely service. We spend about 1400 Dirham with the three of us: 3 menus, a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and a porter. The last is very helpful in the little alleys of the medina. The menu existed out of four courses, I really... More

Tucked away in the medina, it would have been nice to have better directions in the confirmation email as well as advice that there is a " porter service" to meet you at the front gate ( it would have saved us the wild goose chase with a "helpful local". We also were not advised ahead that as it was... More

You need to make a booking for this restaurant; which is decorated well with art. We had a set 4 course meal here; which was lovely.

This a la carte resturant is a bold attempt tobring a la carte dining to Fes. It has mixed success with the meals easily besting those found in similar resturants of Sydney, Melbourne or London. However the front of house service lacks the polish one would expect. That said this resturantuses fresh local foods to create a memorable dining expereince.

When we visited the restaurant they had contracted a Tasmanian chef. We found he was a real artist in using the local herbs and ingredients, preparing a modern menu, light, lots of taste, balanced flavours and little meat, but the latter of superb quality! (slowly cooked shoulder). Portions of the fixed menu just right so you won't leave with a... More

Though more than we would normally spend on a dinner in Morocco, Número 7 is still a steal by American or European standards. We stopped in because we liked the concept (the chef rotates every few months introducing a new take on Moroccan flavors), and were completely smitten with the place. They truely paid attention to all the senses when... More

As with a lot of restaurants in the medina this one is hard to find, but they send someone to the main gates to show you the way which is nice. You walk through a unassuming door in to a beautifully done restaurant which is quite small. The menu is a fixed four course which costs approx £26. They change... More

NUR Restaurant is situated in the heart of the fes medina: the cradle of Moroccan gastronomy. The medina is filled with local markets offering a cornucopia of seasonal flavours. From tiny, thin-skinned lemons to sumptuous white mulberries, wild thistle hearts and salted, pickled plums, bunches of sage, mint and coriander, live chickens and camel's milk, it is a feast for senses on every level. The goal of NUR (Arabic for "light") is to shine a light on playful Moroccan cuisine.
