Great view . My beef Rossini turned out very nice, but alas, my friend's beef was sent back twice, due to being overcooked. The waiter was was quite apologetic but really offered nothing in return Meanwhile, my friend did run into the mgr. who was mortified. All turned it well

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience on Trip advisor. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had with the overcooked beef, that's the reason our manager didn't charge it and offered the desert, we hope this gesture will leave a better taste of your experience in our restaurant and hope to welcome you another time in the... A lovely restaurant just outside the Medina. Great as you can get there by car and there is an elevator to the top floor for those with mobility issues. We had a nice meal in the Moroccan restaurant which is one of the two in the hotel. The service was 5 star. I had the chicken with pumpkin jam. The... More

We stayed at the Palais Faraj three nights and ate dinner at the restaurant twice. The staff was marvelous- concerned about special diet needs and very helpful for me as a Vegan. The restaurant has it's own organic vegetable and fruit supply! The food was amazing. One of us had the appetizer of 10 market salads which was delicious -... More

A warm welcome from restaurant manager Said to a comfortable table with beautiful views. An enjoyable dinner of Moroccan specialities with excellent local wine served by Annass and his colleagues. This is a stylish address for fine dining in Fes.

Our first night in Morocco, we decided to eat the Hotel's restaurant and were seriously impressed with the food. Coming into Morocco, we were concerned with the vegetarian options for us. We were extremely impressed with all the choices offered The choice of salads is absolutely great - 7 or 8 types of different salads with bread. We had to... More

It is worth eating in this restaurant to visit the Palais Faraj and also enjoy the stunning views from this roof-top restaurant. They have both a local menu and an international menu. I tried some local dishes and they were ok, but nothing special.

We ate on the terrace which has a great view and a very nice setting. The pastilla starter was very tasty and enjoyable. However, both main courses sadly could only be described as average.... beef tagine with prunes, and brochettes of mixed meat. Service is excellent with many staff.

Went for my wife's birthday. Sat on the roof top terrace restaurant. Spectacular night view of the old medina of Fez. Nice open air. Food was the best. Try the Moroccan meze of salads for starters. Beware, the starter is fit for two...!! My tagine and my wife's were exquisite ! For desert, we had the "bastilla" with Moroccan custard.... More
