Our first night in Morocco, we decided to eat the Hotel's restaurant and were seriously impressed with the food. Coming into Morocco, we were concerned with the vegetarian options for us. We were extremely impressed with all the choices offered The choice of salads is absolutely great - 7 or 8 types of different salads with bread. We had to... More

It is worth eating in this restaurant to visit the Palais Faraj and also enjoy the stunning views from this roof-top restaurant. They have both a local menu and an international menu. I tried some local dishes and they were ok, but nothing special.

Ate here the first night. The service was excellent, and the food was heart warming. The staff is professional an friendly.

We ate on the terrace which has a great view and a very nice setting. The pastilla starter was very tasty and enjoyable. However, both main courses sadly could only be described as average.... beef tagine with prunes, and brochettes of mixed meat. Service is excellent with many staff.

Went for my wife's birthday. Sat on the roof top terrace restaurant. Spectacular night view of the old medina of Fez. Nice open air. Food was the best. Try the Moroccan meze of salads for starters. Beware, the starter is fit for two...!! My tagine and my wife's were exquisite ! For desert, we had the "bastilla" with Moroccan custard.... More

Eat here after you are tired of tangines! Excellent quality food and service in a beautifully restored palace that cost $9-12 million US to renovate over 4 years!

We have been in Morocco for 6 days and this was our best meal yet. It is set on the roof of the restaurant overlooking the town of Fez. It is in the open and the cool breeze of the city is wonderful.d They have two menu's...A Moroccan menu and an International menu....both looked quite appealing. For starters we had... More

Everything was good - even excelent but this is not a place for real Moroccan food. The tastes were more European. The wine list is wide and the prices are very fair.
