Premium Italian cuisine. Probably the best in Casablanca. We took only antipasti (citrus wolf carpaccio and parmesan flan) and pasta (shrimp tartare linguine; tomato pappardelle, yellow cherries, tuna carpaccio, stracciatella and pistachios; and finally ravioli ricotta and aubergines with candied tomato sauce. A treat. Nothing to do with many restaurants and/or pizzerias that have Italian only in name. Count about 600 Dh/pax excluding wine. Normal when for example the 4 tomato sauce cooks for six to eight hours.

I decided to leave a review because I had the best Italian food in Casablanca. Let's start with the interior design which is well put together and modern. Secondly, te service is impecable. Last but not least the ingredients are of highest quality and food is delicious. We had a parmesan Mille feuille entrée, then a spaghetti bolognese and a ricota ravioli, and finished with an exceptional home made tiramissu. My date is a tiramissu conaisseue and she said it was the best one she ever had.

Finally a real Italian restaurant in Casablanca !!
I rediscovered the flavors and techniques that make Italian cuisine unique, excellent raw materials and dishes that look like works of art !!
Refined and elegant location, with attention to the smallest details !!

I have been in Casablanca for days and after being in this place I realized that it is not a restaurant for Italians, but a cuisine that everyone should try at least once in their life, flan with screaming Parmesan is not an appetizer but a dish that tells a whole region, we continued with 2 first courses a ravioli and a linguina with lemon stracciatella and raw shrimp to make the best Italian chefs go crazy seems to be in Puglia, to finish they brought us an ice cream with delicious dark chocolate, very nice local
