We went on Sunday evening. The store was pretty empty. Prices are high for almost everything. Selection is limited.

We try to hit Mitsuwa whenever we're in the greater Chicago area. My partner lived in Japan for a year and is always nostalgic for the food and culture. The bookstore, Kinokuniya, has a great assortment of books, magazines, stationery and plush toys. Pastry House...More
I could find all Japanese products I usually eat with a variety of brands at a reasonable price. The food court has the best ramen of the region! There is also a bookstore with publications in English and Japanese.

Inexpensive and tasty - For anyone who appreciates Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese food reasonably priced. There's no way you can walk out of this place without filling up. Not fancy, but more than adequate.
