My dad and I love trying new places, so we were excited to try April's cafe in Punta Gorda when some people in town told us about it! They have great food, a comfortable outdoor environment, and very friendly service :) All around, we recommend it and give it 5 stars!

I went to the Snack Shack several times during my PG stay. Great Belizean breakfasts, delicious quesadillas. They offer some iced drinks for the hot days. The place is almost out of site from the street, but tucked away in a spot that seems to get good sea breezes when the downtown is hot. It draws both locals and visitors.... More

I really enjoyed The Snack Shack for breakfast while I was in town! My favorite was the Curry tortilla burrito with egg, cheese, and chicken. The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice on where to shop and excursions. The iced coffee was also very tasty with just enough punch to power my bike ride for the day. Thank... More

We were looking for a cup of coffee and made time for a quick breakfast. One of only a couple of restaurants where we could find brewed coffee. My wife enjoyed powdered sugar and fried jacks and I got to talk fishing with the owner's husband. Great start to any Day!

We were looking for some good pancakes for our last morning in Punta Gorda and we stumbled across the snack shack opposite the Ferry Terminal. This Modern cafe is neatly tucked away down an ally which it gives it good privacy and a tranquil atmosphere. Of corse we had the pancakes and the coffee. It was a decent size and... More

We know Snack Shack is known for breakfast, we highly endorse the burrito (not your typical one) with local fresh ingredients....you won't be disappointed. The fresh mango smoothie was perfect. We couldn't pass up the frozen cake (AWESOME)!!

I ate at The Snack Shack every morning of my past trip to Belize and it was fantastic every time. Once again, my favorite was the Fry Jacks served with beans. A lovely combination with a fresh lime juice. Make sure to visit The Snack Shack if you're ever in PG!

This is my go-to breakfast joint when I'm in PG. It's easy to get to and the service is pretty quick. The Snack Shack has amazing non-Belizean breakfast. I love their waffles ($7-8 BZE) and banana shakes ($7-8 BZE). The burritos are nice as well, since you can chose what type of tortilla you want, along with with what goes... More
