Asha is also a fishing tour guide. He brings in fresh caught fish daily. We tried all the types of fish we could while we were there. The lion fish is awesome! Asha and his family members are super friendly and helpful!

Great fresh seafood, creole dishes and drumming. My favorite dish was everything especially the salad! It was a great experience and we ate there pretty much everything nite during our stay at Blue Belize.

Although you may think the price may be a little high, the food is well worth it. I had the lion fish and sea shrimp appetizer. Very good food.

Asha's was the last place I ate on my week-long sojourn in Punta Gorda - my first and final splurge of the trip, because I'd purposefully been living on 25-cent mangoes and black beans. As far as I can tell, they're only open for dinner...More

The food in Asha's Culture Kitchen was great and I would recommend it to everybody who is visiting PG. Sitting on the pier, enjoying delicious local food made the whole experience unbelizeable.

We met friends here for dinner and it was delicious. It's not everywhere that you find kalaloo (a local green somewhat similar to spinach) on the menu- every one of us chose it as a side and it was great. I also loved that they...More

Description
Top quality seafood and barbeque in Punta Gorda. Relax at the only restaurant and bar around that is completely over the sea. Fresh meals are cooked to order with sustainably caught seafood; fish are often caught by Asha (the owner/head chef) himself. Our kitchen serves hearty dishes prepared with healthy ingredients. Listen to various styles of live music – including Creole and Garifuna drumming, Mayan marimba, and international performances – all while enjoying the Caribbean sea breeze with a view of the Guatemala highlands from across the bay. Exceptional service and competitive prices. Business practices are very environmentally friendly. We cater to all needs; including large groups, food delivery, and a variety of events. Please call ahead for large groups, to-go orders, directions, or our music schedule. Marine tours, sustainable-fishing classes, sunset-booze cruises, and cooking lessons are available.
