The open air dining in the gazebo is very nice with views of the river, and the friendly proprietor Doug makes you feel at home. We had delicious fish and garlic chicken, and enjoyed a nice group of local girls celebrating a birthday party.

Been to Paniscea multiple times and Doug and Lucy outdo themselves upon every visit. Great food, superb atmosphere right on the river (bug spray at night though :)) and just a wonderful dining experience. I eat my weight in Fry Jacks every time we come!

Had a delightful evening at the Paniscea. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the food excellent. They work very hard to create delicious cuisine. It was a pleasure eating there.
