Great place to stop and grab something to eat. Food is well prepared. One of the only decent places to eat in the area. If you are hungry then stop here as you will not find much along the road other than in the small towns.

This danish-owned restaurant offers typical american and belizean food, all good quality as far as we could tell. Not fine dining, but good.

It's not often I can't eat a meal, but this was one. We stopped for breakfast, had coffee, and ordered a burrito and a Mexican omelet. The vegetables in the burrito must have been heating in liquid, because a tablespoon+ of oily liquid spurted out of the burrito which became soaked and inedible. The side of refried beans was cold.... More

Cheers is a great family food stop between Belize City and Belmopan. Food can be ordered to go or stop in and take a break from the road while enjoying your food and cold drinks. Try their homemade cookies for dessert!!

We stopped here for breakfast on the way back to the airport from our stay in Hopkins. We certainly did not walk away hungry!. I had an omelet with all the fixings. It was huge and delicious. Restaurant is sort of in the middle of nowhere, on the left side of the Hummingbird Highway going south from the Belize City... More

On your drive from Belize city or stay at the zoo you MUST stop in for a bite to eat at Cheers. The food was amazing and very fair prices. They also have hummingbird feeders around the perimeter and we witnessed about 100! There are also ducks, geese, and horses to watch while you enjoy the cool breeze and great... More

We stayed over in the little cottages. There are 4 that are big and clean and lots of thoughtful supplies. Bedding and towels were awesome and there was coffee and fridge all for $65 The restaurant has something for everyone and lots of character. The owner is a lovely lady very relaxed and friendly and helpful.

Cheers is a good local food spot. We stopped in on our way from the airport to san ignacio. The place is just off the highway and easy to find. The food is typical belizian cuisine. Average price and good service. The seating is outdoors so there is a bit of a bug problem so bring the bug spray.

We needed to eat something quickly between our tubing trip and a drive down to Placencia - Cheers was nearby so we decided to stop in. We were all very pleased with the quality of our food - everything was delicious!

I have a difficult time choosing from the menu! So many good choices. And then there are specials to consider. Like today's Satay pork. Nicely done on skewers with fresh tortilla and cucumber salad. I like that the iced tea is not presweetened. For the road I am hooked on the cookies. I always snag one as I leave. Oatmeal... More
