Heard Mesa mentioned by several on the beach so went for Spicy Sweet Potato Tacos. Just the right amount of heat...very fresh ingredients. Good service, friendly hosts, and we'll be back! Breakfast and lunch served 8-2.

Small, comfortable, friendly cafe on the side street. We had breakfast and enjoyed the pancakes. Mesa also offers lunch.

Clean, contemporary breakfast spot. Small and intimate. Although not on the beach, is right downtown.

They were closed on Saturday and Sunday when we 1st tried to eat there but it was worth the wait. The Coconut French toast was awesome! The Cafe Americana was very good too. The best breakfast we had in San Pedro. It seemed that all of the restaurants that had the owners actively involved were by far the best. The... More

Delicious and great presentation. The international coffees are wonderful. I had my first White Flat. The omelette was fluffy with great flavor. We split the chocolate banana pancakes. Yummy!!!

Mesa is located a short walk from the Sunbreeze Hotel! You won't be disappointed! The banana, pineapple French toast with roasted coconut were the bomb! I'm usually not a French toast lover, but couldn't resist trying these. Glad I did. Almost like a dessert! They did not disappoint. I think it's the bread they use, thick fresh slices! After reading... More

Full Disclosure; I live on the island. I really enjoy this restaurant for breakfast and/or lunch. The food is cooked to order, freshly made, and is some of the best food around for my money. The owner is a pleasant person who appears to really care about the quality of his food and restaurant. My wife and I ate there... More

Walked in the door and the AC was not working, no open windows and even the door was closed; HOT is an understatement. Ordered a mozzarella burger, sorry we don't have that. Ok, how about the soft fish tacos, sorry don't have that either. We then ordered a shrimp burger and a chicken burger, amazingly they had that. Too bad... More

Dear Tom Z, I am sorry you had a bad experience and have to tell us later. We apologized as soon as you sat down about the AC not working that day and how hot it was inside. At that point you could have chosen to leave if it was too uncomfortable, I would understand, we were waiting for the... More

We had the Chorizo scramble, turkey bacon omelet and Pancakes - all were delicious! We also had a mix of the iced coffees, etc. We would definitely come back. The owner was very nice.

Had read about the pineapple and banana french toasts and wanted to try them! Portions were really good and presentation was excellent! Had a mixture of coffee and chocolate as a drink, was great as well!
