Our group of ladies has been delighted with the atmosphere, food and service at Mary Margaret's Tea and Biscuit several years. We are treated to a private dining area and served our choice of appetizer, entrée and delicious dessert from the 'event menu'. The staff is friendly and professional. Arcadia is a small town known for it's many antique shops... More

We were seated in 10 min time & had a sweet tea house experience. Host & servers dressed in period garb with good sandwich & ice tea.

We have many of our gatherings here as the décor is like a Victorian tea room, the food is always good, and the service is perfect. If you are so fortunate, you will see one of the owners, Dennis, in his top-hat and period clothing!

The waiters rush you to make a decision on what you want. Definitely not a real tea. Expected menu of tea sandwiches, scones, and special Hot teas. Very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

nice soups, sandwiches and desserts in an early 20th century setting, including in-costume staff. items are fairly priced. some may find this a bit kitschy, but for once in a while it's fun.

Stopped in my a light lunch with my wife. The clam chowder was really good and my wife said the same about her bisque. Staff and the owner dress in period outfits from the late 1800's. Very nice experience!

If you are anywhere near Arcadia, FL don't miss this wonderful restaurant. The Signature Sandwich was flavorful and the cheese and turkey melted perfectly together, the asparagus a nice surprise. The Seafood bisque was as good as any we have had in high end restaurants. The bread pudding also a taste treat. The decor of antiques was beautiful and not... More

This place is so pretty and the service is excellent. Food is awesome. All homemade. I had the 1/2 AND 1/2, sandwich and soup, a half of the Hawaiian chicken wrap and a cup of the lobster bisque. Presented beautifully and delicious. My mother did the same with a 1/2 cucumber sandwich with brie cheese. She raved about her sandwich.... More

Had traveled thru Arcadi for 35 years but the first time looking around the town. Neededa midway meeting spot for a 90th Birthday celebration and it was suggested we meet at Mary Margaret's, what a wonderful surprise, from the time you are greeted at door by a gentleman dressed in the time of earlier days to the diverse menu. Reasonable... More

This is the best restaurant in Florida. I travel to Arcadia just for lunch.....yet strolling through the antique shops is added enjoyment. Make reservations so you won't miss out on a truly great meal and Dennis in his tux.

We stumbled upon this place while making a short visit to this city. Our lunch was wonderful....a terrfic array of sandwiches, soups, & entrees...or you could order a "tea luncheon". The decor was fabulous and the staff both friendly and unique....we were seated by a man in tails and a top hat!!!!!
