Great service. Great warm chocolate cookies. Bland food. They need to be introduced to garlic, basil and oregano. We had a pasta dish that was served with a thick coating of mozzarella and pepperoni. It looked like a pizza. I had to fight with the mozzarella to get to the pasta. The pasta sauce had no flavor. If you don't... More

I had never eaten here before but had a yen for Italian and it was on the way home from work. The place looks like a classic, family-run Italian joint with some tacky trappings. The caprese salad was a large portion and the tomatoes were nice and ripe, although the cheese was a tad dry. The minestrone was tasty with... More

Good, moderately priced Italian food, in a place where you can easily converse with your table mates (almost unknown in Italian restaurants).

We ate lunch at the Bent Noodle today (I had a Groupon). We were seated immediately...no wait. Our waitress brought our drinks and some foccia (Italian bread) right away. The bread was really fresh and delicious! The table has a bottle of olive oil and one of balsamic vinegar to dip the bread in, what a great combination. We ordered... More

There were six of us this time for lunch, One was 30 mins late. Our server, Keith, was excellent. We ordered and waited for the last to arerive and he was there right away to take his order. The bread at the beginning of the meal was so good I wasn't that hungry for the pasta when it came out. I ordered the Gretchen pasta and my husband had the Tuscano pasta. They were both good. I liked the sauce on the Gretchen pasta better but I really liked the sausage in the other one. Next time, I'll... More

My family and I stopped in for dinner based on reviews posted here while visiting town. We were underwhelmed by the food, although service was decent. Felt the reviews posted totally overrated the food we ate. What Italian restaurant doesn't offer bolognese sauce??

It's hard to find an Italian restaurant in Denver with good spicy marinara sauced dinners along with good meatballs and real Italian sausage. Bent Noodle fills the bill. The prices are right, nothing over $20.00 and the service is good. It is hard to find, though. They have a nice jazz band there on the third Wednesday of every month... More
