We stopped by the J-Bar at the Hotel Jerome while waiting for a friend. It is a cool place. Appetizers were delicious. Service was excellent. Our server (I forgot her name) was so friendly.

Decent beer selection with a fun waitress - Louise - who made a fun experience by relating stories about the history of the place.
This is a landmark and shouldn't be missed. The food is great, the service was excellent, and the drinks were wonderful.
Since the weather was beautiful, we sat outside and had a nice drink before going out for dinner. Very refreshing! Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to try any the food, but definitely will next time we are in Aspen!
We had a good dinner here. Food was great bar food and the service was excellent. Our server was engaging, but not ever bearing to the group. Make sure to walk around the hotel to see the sights and read about the history.
Its a nice bar with good vibe. The music volume is perfect to have a conversation and I liked their style of music.I went for a drink after dinner. The bartender was nice, knowledgeable and did a good job with the mixology drinks.
Not sure what was better, the ambiance or the bartender! She mixes perfect drinks and it was the perfect way to start off the evening.

Aspen is far more understated than you would expect in the summer. Women in Luluemon tights. Tourists. This bar was happening on Saturday night. Try the signature drink - a bourbon milkshake.
