Has become a standard every time we are out there! Perfect in winter and summer! The crab cakes are phenomenal, as is the service and every other item on the menu!

Very good steak house in downtown Aspen. Great service. Fun bar. Try the cookies. My filet was excellent as were the crap cakes!

Had a great dinner and drinks during our visit in March!! Food was excellent, service was outstanding , staff treated us like old friends. Would highly recommend Jimmy's... and no need to sign a ridiculous contract

People say is one of the best in Aspen. The atmosphere is not as nice as others. Food is very good but not worth the price

Friendly service, large tables, and ample servings make this a family go-to venue after skiing. Low key atmosphere, with a lot of traditional dishes. Only go for a meal. There are other larger and more interesting bar scenes to go to.

The reviews were absolutely misleading. Crowded, noisy, expensive and not worth the wait or the money.

Not cheap - but great cuts of beef perfectly prepared. We went to dinner with our 15 month-old grandson - staff was very accomodating. We always come here once on each trip to Aspen.

We visited jimmys twice whilst here in aspen and both times it was really bad. We stood at the bar waiting to find the matrade who never appeared even though we were told she wouldn’t be long - 15 mins - and the grumpy women...More

Jimmy's is still one of the best restaurants in Aspen. We all know its great for steaks, has a wonderful atmosphere, and great service, but who'd a thought it has the best trout in town. Everything we tasted was great. The bar area is much...More

Since 1997, Jimmy's has been Aspen's neighborhood restaurant and bar, the kind of comfortable restaurant where you can dine again and again. Ask any local, and you will hear that Jimmy's is an "Aspen Institution." The menu has something for everyone, from the fresh-squeezed margaritas and the "locally-priced" bar menu to the famous crab cakes, USDA prime steaks, and fresh fish. "The menu is designed to feature the finest in American cuisine without being pretentious, served in an energetic atmosphere," says proprietor (and local) Jimmy Yeager. The energy at Jimmy's is what really draws a crowd; the bar is nearly always jam-packed and the dining room lively with activity and a mix of interesting people. The welcoming staff provide the best in top-notch hospitality. Jimmy's is "home" for a large community of locals and tourists alike.
