We had dinner following the recommendation from a local friend. Food was excellent, very personable service. Wine suggestion was a great pairing for our food. Atmosphere was perfect for an evening between friends.

Always my favorite stop in Aspen. Piñons always has great food and service. Very small bar but good bartenders and drinks. Make a reservation in advance, usually full most nights. Nothing bad here. Great wine list as well.

I've enjoyed Pinons for years. Fabulous Colorado lamb and a wonderful tomato bisque soup (that was overpriced at $17). What was surprising was their unique and delicious tofu enchiladas.

Nice atmosphere, but the food was just fair. Pricing too high for type of food. Very average. Felt like the food was just sitting in the kitchen on a warming tray waiting for an order. Would not return. No glaring mistakes, just nothing special.

Named after Colorado state tree, Pinons has new memories since we have dined there over years but lately learned we know founder and current chef through family marriage, which makes it all the more enchanting

I have been coming here for 15 years or so and never had a meal that was less than terrific. Only issue is getting reservations. Don't forget to try the mashed potatoes.

Very professional. Great wine list. The pork loin was truly good. This place is a most in town. In a town of good restaurant, thus one is easily top 5

The atmosphere is lovely; the tables are well-spaced to offer some privacy from your dining neighbors. The service is great--just the right amount of attention. The food is just fine, neither great nor bad. We had the snapper and trout with creamed spinach and onion rings, preceded by a burrata salad. The salad was wonderful, as anything with burrata is....
