Was on my own so sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender was great and I had a cold beer in nothing flat! The food was all excellent and the price was reasonable. Well worth a visit!
Had the chicken fajitas for dinner - they were good, could have been seasoned a bit more for my liking. Being from Texas - I am particular about my salsa, the salsa served with the chips was more like marinara.
The menu is huge, the service friendly, the drinks menu worthy of a decent Mexican restaurant. Mid-priced and busy with a small outdoor seating even if part of a basement restaurant in a small retail mall like space.

Aspen is very expensive, so compared to most restaurants here, Su Casa is not bad. Food was quite good, salsa was very good. It was however not good enough to come back, we explored other options.
