Great rainy day lunch in Aspen. Warm, stir-fry, soups, curries, mostly vegetarian and super--appealing. Hard to make a choice on the menu because everything looks so good! Salads delicious and don't miss the potstickers and spring rolls. Cozy place, gracious service.
Pyramid is in a charming upstairs space over a bookstore and has a back deck where one can dine as well. The entrees sounded interesting and delicious but we found that despite different descriptions one tasted much the same as the other. So many different...More
I truly enjoyed this restaurant! After several days of eating out, I was ready for something more nutritious and this was perfect. Vegetables were well prepared and flavored. Even my meat loving husband was impressed. Can't say enough positive things about this chef's creativity and...More

This place is a great find. It's on the upper level of a bookstore and has a lovely spacious patio. The food is so flavorful and inventive, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
If you are tired of the overprized and unimaginative food here in Aspen, try Pyramid and send your tastebuds on an expedition. The vegan and vegetarian dishes are just phantasmic, and if you are a meat-lover tray their duck breast ... you will definitively come...More
